The kitchen is very well equipped and there is seating for 10 with 6 at dining table and 4 at the game table.

Second bedroom has twin beds, a desk and dresser. It's bath has a tub with shower. Window view is into a huge tropical white bird of paradise plant.

Donna, Thank you for sharing your beach condo with us. It is truly the perfect spot at the beach and you are the perfect hostess. The condo is situated where we could enjoy meals on the patio while we enjoyed the ocean views. It is literally 10 steps from the patio to the beach access! This was perfect for the kids who come and go all day. When the kids tired of the beach, the pool was 10 steps out the front door. We have never in all of our beach going years, enjoyed a spot like we did yours!! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Donna, thank you for going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable like making sure we had beach boogie boards for the boys and a beach umbrella. You treated us like royalty! By the way, we are in total agreement with you - this beach is truly the most beautiful beach we have been to. This beautiful oceanfront condo lived up to all of our expectations. If you love sunrises over the ocean and long walks on the beach, this is the place for you. The condo is beautifully decorated as shown in the listing photos and the view of the ocean is spectacular. Appropriate named "Turtle Dunes" since there are many resident turtles who live in the dunes and occasionally come out for a visit. We loved walking the beach and viewing the seagulls, pelicans, and sandpipers who frequent this spot. This is a quiet, lovely place and we look forward to our next visit. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family who are looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: I have loved this beautiful powdery beach for years. It is the location at the end of the island that fascinated me because the abundant wildlife is so entertaining. It has always been my great escape and has never disappointed
Why the Owner Chose Other St. Augustine Beach Properties:
Proximity to the historical town of St Augustine was a major draw for me,but this particular spot at the end of the island , next to the Matanzas State Park is great for shelling and just becoming a relaxed beach zombie!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You can wake up to the sound of the waves and actually see them from your bed and the living room. Sip your coffee on your patio to the glorious sunrise. Take a morning walk and fins the best shells at the end of the island or walk all the way around the tip of the island and return through the state park across the street.
The heated pool is very popular in the cooler months as is beach fishing.
