  The place was just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. The owner gave a list of easy to follow instructions and was flexible with our check in/out time. The large flat screen TV's and updated kitchen were both a plus! The only recommendation I have would be to have menus available for places that deliver nearby. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this location!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My Family stayed here for 10 days. It was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable and close to El Paseo. We actually were only supposed to stay for a week and our flight got cancelled so were stuck another 3 days. Luckily the owner of the property was great and very helpful and accomodated us the extra days. My only complaint would be that there was no paper towels in the house. But the grocery store was not far away. Over all great owners and great home. I would definitely go back.

  We stayed at this property from February 10 to February 18, 2012. We were very happy with our experience. The location is ideal. It is close to all amenities. The grounds surrounding the condo are beautiful and well maintained. The big pool was warm and sparkling. The condo was as described by owner. It is neat and clean and nicely appointed. It has all the things you need to cook,clean and do laundry. Enjoyed having a barbecue and the wireless internet. Close to shopping and hiking trails. We would highly recommend this vacation property to any one visiting Palm Desert. Thanks.

  This condo was the perfect get-away for me and my family! It is truly the quietest complex I've ever visited and the condo itself was easy to live in. The entire home is stone, tile, non-stainable fabrics/leather, so there were no worries of making a mess :) The kitchen was well appointed. But the best part of the stay for me, was the comfortable beds/bedding! It was like a 5-star hotel. There isn't a lot for teens to do when it isn't swimming weather, but we managed to have fun anyway! And the ultimate luxurious element was the steam shower in the master bedroom -- I am in the process of getting one installed in my own town home now :) Thanks Sheila, for a wonderful relaxing and quiet stay! We all had a fun time, caught up on our sleep, and had a comfortable home to hang out in and get caught up on our family time. My only suggestion might be some games for families to play. And we couldn't find the remote for the DVD player (FYI)...

Thanks for the suggestion regarding the games for family's to play and we will look for a new remote control for the DVD player. Your teens should have come down to the heated pool as it was beautifully warm outside, of course we are Canadian and we may have thought it warmer than most.
