Keiha's Paradise was a wonderful place for our family of four. Our kids who are 6 & 8, loved staying in the loft! It had great views and was decorated very nicely. The bedrooms were great for sleeping as they are not near any of the parking lots, we missed a lot of the noise that some of our extended party had to contend with in other buildings. We sat on the lanai, sipped coffee out of cool palm tree mugs and watched whales on a number of occasions. It would have been great to have a tv and gaming system in the loft. For families with young kids it would give them something to do while we enjoyed a cocktail in the evening on the lanai. Otherwise, no complaints. We will return to this great condo, thanks for sharing.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great location in the complex. It's right by the pool/jacuzzi and the office which is very convenient. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need in a home away from home. I loved that it had 2 Lanais, both with beautiful views. I will definitely be staying here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Loved our stay at this condo! The first day there, we were able to see whales from the lanai. Very comfortable for four or six people. This condo had all the comforts of home and the grounds at The Cliffs were wonderful. Would highly recomend staying here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We spent 21 lovely and carefree days at Keiha's Paradise. It looks as it is shown in the listing photos. We already miss the ocean view with whales and cruise liners going by. The air flow and interior floor plan and high ceilings provided cool fresh air and easy living. The amenities at The Cliffs always offer you something to do close by. We enjoyed our Hula Lesson. Our best memory was sitting on the Adirondack chairs overlooking the cliffs. What a special spot to just be, talk and relax. We would recommend this condo to our family and friends. Just got back from our stay at Keiha's paradise. We've stayed at the Cliffs a few times before in the same model unit. As an update to the pictures, the table on the balcony is a nice sturdy granite one with nice chairs, and the bedroom linens are nicer than whats pictured. Those were nice treats to see. There is also a flat screen in the living room. Most of the units we've stayed in have had a great choice of movies, this one is lacking so bring your own. We've have kids so it was nice to give them something to watch on the downtime. There is cable, but not always suitable viewing. The ocean view is nice and hearing the waterfalls from the pool is soothing as well. I will say after they turn the water falls off at the pool, there is a high pitched tone that is continuous throughout the night. So, if you like to sleep with the slider open like we did, it makes it impossible to sleep., sadly we slept with it closed at night. Luckily we were in Kauai so when we woke up it was something we would be willing to deal with. However, I would not rent this unit again because of that noise. It's almost like a dog whistle being used, maybe a pool pump of some kind? Also, it was a bummer we had to run the keys back all the way to the rental office, every unit we've stayed in we were able to leave the keys in the unit or with the office. I rather spend the extra 30 minutes on the beach. =) Overall, the condo was nice and had everything we needed in it, including band aids which came in handy. We stayed at this condo for one week in July 2012. Upon entering the condo we were immediately impressed by how spacious it is. After looking around further we were very taken by the views from the two lanais. The lanai off of the livingroom overlooks the ocean and the lanai in the master bedroom has a view of the mountains with waterfalls. This lanai also overooks the wonderful pools and hot tubs on the property. The condo is very nicely decorated and it made our stay on Kauai that much more enjoyable. The pool is beautifully done with rocks and waterfalls that make it look very natural. It was nice to have a hot tub to come and enjoy after the many adventures of the day. All of the beds in the condo were very comfortable and all have pillow top mattresses. The condo has a very convenient and beautiful location in Princeville. It is located within a few minutes to Queen's Bath and Hideaways Beach! The very charming town of Hanalei is also located about 10 minutes away. We highly recommend eating at Kalypso Island Bar and Grill in Hanalei (the coconut shrimp was delicious!) Ke'e Beach and the Secret Lava pools are just a little further down the road as well! We found this condo to be above and beyond what we expected! This was the perfect location for us in paradise and we can't wait to go back!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just spent a full month at Keiha's Paradise and we must tell you we could not have found a better place! The views, even more amazing than the pictures show. Poolside with waterfalls off one lanai, ocean views off the other. Whale watching at its best! The accommodations, just as the description and pics appear on VRBO. We were very comfortable and happy to stay in this beautiful condo. Keith and Sharon are wonderful to work with. Then there's the beaches, mountains, waterfalls, hikes..... The north side is heaven! We are definitely planning to return next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Me and my wife rented the apartment for our honeymoon. All i can say that we loved it. We had awesome view of the ocean and the mountains. The condo had a really nice furniture arrangement,the kitchen had all you need to prepare food. All i can say is that we enjoy it in here. We are coming back!!! Before our trip, we spent a lot of time on the internet trying to find the perfect accommodations for our family of four, and we found the perfect place here! Keiha's Paradise is clean and comfortable and has a fantastic view of the ocean from the front, and mountain views with palm trees from the back. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee and watching the whales spout and breach. (I suggest bringing binoculars along.) Oh, and the beds were large and comfortable. The Cliffs has well-kept, beautiful grounds, and we enjoyed the pool with the rocks and waterfalls, hot tub, and warm tub. Great place to soak under the stars! We also used the bbqs on the grounds to grill fish several times. They were clean and easy to use. It was easy to communicate with the owners and they responded to all our questions right away. I will be recommending this to our friends, and of course, we'd love to stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great place seen whales everyday, condo was furnished very nice. waterfall from master bedroom lanuai and ocean from living room lanuai. Kitchen could use some updating but other than that the place was perfect.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks at Keiha's Paradise. The descriptions and pictures were very accurate and everything except a coffee grinder was available in the kitchen. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. We prepared all our meals in the condo and enjoyed meeting the neighbours at the BBQ. We really appreciated the in-unit laundry. The views from both balconies were excellent and the breezes through the unit made our stay even on the hottest days comfortable. It was a great base for touring the north of the island. The owners were very helpful and provided lots of good information for our first visit to Kauai. Be sure to take advantage of the local farmers markets for fruits and vegetables, Queen's Bath and Tunnels Beach for scenic swims & snorkels. The 35 foot wave days were a real spectacle (a pool swimming day!). We'd definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our stay at Keiha's Paradise. The location in Princeville was perfect, just ten minutes to Hanalei. The view of the water was beautiful and it was located directly adjacent to the pool. The ceiling fans and trade winds kept the temperature in the condo very comfortable. My husband loved having 24 hour access to a full kitchen and my kids loved each having a queen bed to themselves in the sleeping loft. The condo was very clean and had everything you really needed for a comfortable stay. The booking agent, Kauai Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with. One caveat, this is on the third floor and there are no elevators so, it's probably not the right place for somebody with mobility issues but, for us, it was perfect.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned from a lovely Kauai vacation staying at this relaxing and comfortable condo. Everything was as lovely as the photos and descriptions indicated. We enjoyed starting each day with views of the sparkling blue ocean and receiving daily greetings from the resident nene (Native Hawaiian goose, the state bird), Few places in the world can rival the scenic beauty and magic of Kauai's north shore, and it was great to be located near the hiking trails, beaches and snorkelling sites on this side of the island. We hope to stay again on our next visit to the garden isle.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Property well maintained, clean and furnished well to make a home from home. Good location on the Cliffs Resort with mountain views from one balcony, and ocean views from the main balcony. Good information from the managing agents on arrival although directions now need to reflect prominence of St Regis Hotel in signposting at Princeville. having stayed in many apartments around the world - this would rate as one of the best.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Keiha's Paradise is a beautifully kept condo with all the touches of home. The lay out is ideal for a family to spread out. The location is perfect for long walks along the golf course or down to the end of the road to watch the sun set. We spent a lot of time in Kauai and have found this a perfect location to explore the north part of the island. I booked the Condo with Keith and Sharon after viewing their condo online. I have to say from the moment we walked in the front door I was totally at home! The accommodations were perfect! Our view of the ocean was awesome and the location to the pool and activities area is excellent. I personally felt like I had decorated the condo myself and we had everything that we needed to feel right at home. The condo was breezy and never felt stuffy during the summer evenings. Keith was very helpful with answering all of my questions before we arrived and it truly is exactly as the photo's show. We had such a great time that we are returning August 2010. I love knowing exactly what we will be living in for a week and know exactly what to take. We are looking forward to visiting the Cliff's with the new pool area. This August will not be our last visit. I plan on going back every other year. I love my paradise Kauai! I highly recommend Keiha's Paradise! When we saw the good price of this condo on HomeAway, we were a little skeptical of the pictures and descriptions. Most Princeville condos of this quality with such a good ocean view are priced much higher. But when we arrived to find Keiha's Paradise exactly as advertised our fears melted away. The condo is so well stocked with everything you need and the furnishings are as comfortable as they are beautiful. A big 5 stars for Keiha's Paradise!Did you find this review helpful? We just returned from a fantastic vacation with my two college age kids. This condo was SO perfect. It was very much a home away from home.
