We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. The house overlooks a salt marsh that attracts all manner of birdlife. The galley kitchen is just perfect for a good cook. The balcony overlooking the marsh is swept with ocean breezes that keep away those pesky Florida mosquitos. This is perfect for those who want to kick back and relax and not be pressured to do anything. We sampled the clam chowder at Tony's and found it to be everything is was claimed to be (went back for seconds). We saw an eagle land in the tree in front of the house and wood storks on a nearby site. On leaving Cedar Key we saw a large, wild European boar dash for cover on the mainland.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.
