The entire rear yard is fenced in as is the pool area. The large pool has been recently refinished and has lounge chairs, a table with an umbrella and chairs, a nightlight, a heater and plenty of toys and floats. The rear patio is complete with outdoor dining furniture, an awning and a Viking professional grill.
In 2006, we completed the remodel of the master bathroom. It is all marble, jacuzzi tub, new fixtures, etc. Also completed was the renovation of our kitchen, including custom rift white oak cabinets, slate floors, Sub-zero and Viking professional appliances, built-in Miele espresso maker and Viking microwave, concrete counter tops, wine/beverage fridge, and an eat-in alcove with a large bay window.
The outside of the house was also just painted, the laundry room and guest bath were renovated and a new front lawn was installed.
Conveniently located just past downtown Glen Ellen, a 55 minute drive from the Golden Gate Bridge. This special property is available for weekly and monthly rentals.
