As you approach this hilltop villa in the Pedregal the sweep of blue will take your breath away. We call it Aguas Brillantes (Bright Waters) and no photograph can do justice when everywhere you turn you look out over the Pacific, Land's End and the Sea of Cortez.
The blue of the heated pool's infinity edge is one with the sea beyond. Most days there are cruise ships in the harbor. As you gaze over the view you see beaches, boats, a myriad of of water activities, the Marina and town below...close enough to walk but far enough away to simply revel in the beauty.
With its soaring ceilings, marble floors and attention to detail this contemporary Hacienda-style home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
Glide the glass doors into their pockets and, voila, the indoor's vaulted living area, huge stone fireplace and dining flow out to the covered terrace and on to the pool
Spacious, open and inviting, the kitchen offers comfort, gourmet convenience and a feeling of luxury.
The Master bedroom's fireplace adds romantic flavor and the bath some scenic drama. Each of the four bedrooms has an en suite bath with two sinks and large tiled showers with an incredible view. The Master and two others have King beds and the fourth has two Full-sized beds. Each bedroom has a 37' flat screen TV with satellite.
There is a common entertainment/family area downstairs with a 65' plasma TV, surround-sound and the command center for the house's music system.

From the moment we arrived, my family and I were awe inspired by the incredible views. The amenities are 5 stars, the linens and bedding are better than what I have at home. The listing accurately describes the house. And in my view it far exceeded our expectations. The views house offers views of the sunrise and sunset. Absolutely amazing...Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

About the owner: We are Kevin and Lynde Ryan and we built Aguas Brillantes (Bright Waters) after falling in love with Cabo in general and the Pedregal in particular. Cabo is a magical, sometimes mystical place. In the Pedregal you will find the convenience of life's necessities and pleasures 'at your fingertips' while you enjoy the privacy and security of one of the world's spectacular land's end locations. The fishing brought my husband here, although the great Blue Marlin still evades him! On an off day one weekend here with our sons he decided to look at some real estate. I flew down the following weekend to see what he had found and I was awestruck!! Our architect had already drawn preliminary plans and captured exactly what we envisioned. We never looked back. When we began construction we lived in Las Vegas, then a non-stop flight. Today, we live in New Hampshire (another beautiful place) but getting here is arduous, especially transporting two dogs and our Mexican once-feral cat, Jack! Anyway, this house is very special to us, but life, all to often, demands we be elsewhere and this house deserves to be enjoyed. So come! You are worthy of this pleasure. My guess? You will return! Why the Owner Chose Pedregal:
We built this house because we love Los Cabos!! Renting has been a difficult choice, but it makes sense to have this place lived in and enjoyed. I am astounded every time I walk in my front door. Leaving is the hardest thing!
There is so much to do or nothing. So many services are available. You can have a spa come to you here at the house, right down to candles and flower petals on the floor!!
I look everywhere I go and wonder if I would like living there, but nothing compares to the beauty and the effortlessness of Cabo San Lucas.
I love walking my dogs down to the Pedregal beach. They love the walk, especially the sand!! They, and I, never tire of the beauty of the ocean as you look out on the way down, the roar as you get closer and then the spectacular water when you stand before the power of the waves.
There is something about Cabo that draws you in and holds you.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The airport is about 50 minutes from the house - not too far. Although we are atop more than a hill, it is a stimulating walk to town (a bit tougher, or should I say 'hotter' on the way back up), but less than five minute's drive.
Everything is available to eat from a local taco stand to exquisite dining to a vibrant club scene. Any water sport you can dream of is right here - you can see your selection from your terrace!!
Renting a car is easy, but there are taxis, buses and bicycle carts available.
Whale watching is an amazing way to spend some time here. There are cruises daily. I like going out in a panga, one of the small open boats available in the Marina. The encounters are often so close you get to touch the whales and they are five times the length of the boat! Then again, you can just sit on the terrace or gaze out the kitchen window. In season, you will see whales every day. Oh, and we will leave binoculars for you!
Pretty much, if there is something you enjoy doing in warm, sunny weather you can find it in Cabo - even if it is nothing!!
