Immaculate and cozy mountain home situated on a beautiful lot and surrounded by pine trees. The house has inviting mountain decor and floor to ceiling windows for enjoying the stunning summer or winter scenery. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft, 2.5 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining, living area with an inviting stone fireplace.
The house is part of the Tahoe Donner Mountain community providing access to many recreational activities including alpine and cross-country skiing, a snow-play area, gym, swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis, horse-riding etc.

The house sleeps 10 people. It has 1 bedroom en suite with a king bed and private balcony, 1 bedroom with a queen and one bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a loft with a trundle bed which can sleep two more and a sleeper couch in the downstairs living area. We also have one portable crib (pack n' play) available.
There is an open plan kitchen, dining, living area and a cozy gas fireplace, a perfect area for family gatherings.
The house has 2 TVs with cable (the one downstairs has Apple TV), a DVD player, Stereo System, i-pod docking station, WiFi and broadband internet.

If you enjoy winter sports, this is your place. There are five major ski resorts within 25 minutes including but limited to: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Boreal Ridge and Sugar Bowl.
The house is part of the Tahoe Donner Mountain community which also has it's own smaller ski mountain, great for beginners and boarders alike. It has one of the best ski programs for small children. If you prefer cross-country, Tahoe Donner has one of the largest cross country ski-resorts in North America with over 51 trails and over 100 km of trails.
Winter sports are not your thing....than enjoy the limitless spring, summer and fall outdoor activities of Tahoe Donner. The recreation facilities in Tahoe Donner include a Private Beach at Donner Lake, an 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, Driving Range, Tennis, Equestrian Center, Mountain Biking, Hiking, year round Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, complete Gym Facility, Bocce-Ball and two great family restaurants within minutes.
