Walk out of the living room or master bedroom of Casa Royale right onto your own private beach. Glass sliders make for beautiful views and open to a cool afternoon breeze off the Sea of Cortez. A tiled patio extends around the back and side of this beachfront house for shaded seating. Great for BBQ's while enjoying the water, the beach, and coastal views.
Casa Royale is a newer, exceptionally well-maintained home, very spacious, and beautifully decorated with a fantastic Marlin mount to bring luck to any fisherman. Lovely Mexican tile throughout the house keeps it cool and fresh. The master bedroom has a king-size bed; the guestrooms each have two twin beds and their own private baths. A nice breakfast bar surrounds the kitchen. Separate air condition units and ceiling fans are in each room. All water on premises is artesian well water and OK to drink(but it is OK to say you need a beer cause you can't drink the water!! we won't tell).
Daily cleaning service can be arranged at a nominal fee, if so desired.
