You won't find a better deal than our house- just look at what the other prices others charge- I spent my childhood summers in our house and I can tell you it is the absolute BEST beach in California and this is a prime location to stay at!
Our Vintage 1950's beach house includes our 2 bedroom; 1 bath one-story house plus the attached one-bedroom guest house apartment with an adjoining door in the Exclusive Olde Del Mar Area better known as the 'colony' section of Del Mar.
Our home is NOT located on the main noisy highway 101. Half a block FLAT walk of about 700-800 feet(NO CLIFFS) to the best beach around! You can walk to Powerhouse Park, the trendy shops and restaurants in downtown Del Mar on 15th street as well as Walk to the Race track as well! Kids? Let them stay in the attached guest house for their own 'campout' (and have some privacy for the adults), Our Studio Apt "guest house" has it's own kitchen as well with a full size Refrigerator so you can stock up on your groceries and sodas! You'll have 2 off-street parking spaces as well.
Large fenced backyard with patio set w/ deck off the master bedroom, outside shower in backyard for rinsing that sand off when returning from the beach + a cabana to change in. King Size Bed in master room, Queen size Bed in bedroom #2. Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed in front room for extra guests and full size murphy bed in Studio apt. Fenced front yard with grass and a huge shade tree. Full kitchen with all cooking tools provided. Beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards are just some of the extras we also provide to our guests .DISH network w/ DVD and VCR player as well.
Total Square feet of both the house and the Apt is 1250.
