The pool is heated electrically and with solar. The Pool/Spa area is southern facing so it gets sun all day.There are stunning sunsets from the pool and lanai. The oversized boatdock overlooking the canal will provide waterfront living at its best. Here you can sunbathe,fish or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. From here you can start exploring the tropical waterways,islands and beaches.Our boat, a 21 ft Yamaha bow rider is also for rent.
