Newly furnished bedrooms and dining room provides an upscale, relaxing atmosphere to thoroughly enjoy your well deserved retreat. This condo has the added benefit of a large attached cabana with third bathroom and separate hot water heater. This added space is perfect for when work must be done or as a separate playroom for the kids or grandchildrens. High speed wireless internet throughout the apartment makes access effortless. 4 TVs with 3 DVDs lets everyone watch their favorite shows. The spiral staircase to the cabana lets you walk out directly to the beach.
This small complex has a beautiful pool which is heated during the winter months and cooled during the summer. Also available on sight are tennis courts, shuffleboard and BBQs. Across the street we have the Beachview golf course, which is open to the public, and over 20 miles of beautiful bike paths.

We loved our stay at this beautiful,spacious,condo, Steps away from the beach very comfortable and well equiped. Breathtaking views... we loved how the cabana made beach access a breeze.This was our third trip to Sanibel.Hope to go back again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

I have been going to Sanibel off and on since 1972; this was the best location and rental. Sanibel is the perfect family vacation spot and this rental was great; clean and spacious, with plenty of room for a family of six. Location could not be better, on the gulf side and a nice 2.4 mile walk/run to the lighthouse. Activities are plentiful, from just playing and walking along the beach to renting bikes, and taking in Ding Darling – this was a vacation that my family will always remember.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
