  Angela's home is the perfect place to stay while in Nashville... very well looked after and clean. A short walk to Broadway and all downtown Nashville has to offer. We travel with our Puggle and he settled in very quickly to his "Nashville Home". We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. Angela is very organized, so we didn't have any questions or concerns while staying although I am sure they would have been addressed very promptly had anything come up. Thanks again for sharing your condo with us Angela... Happy New Year!!

  A girlfriend of mine wanted to see Chris Hardwick perform at Zanies for her birthday. We didn't want a generic hotel and were really happy when we found this condo! It was definitely possible to walk to lots of things, but we drove since it rained most of the weekend. Super cute place and easy to get to everything. Thanks a ton!

  My wife and I spent 4 days in Nashville for vacation. Angela's condo was accurately described. This place is within walking distance of more food and music than you can possibly enjoy. We felt safe, even walking back late at night. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure was awesome! The main feature here is the renter. Angela was VERY accommodating and was SO gracious to work with us after I made a booking error. Good people are much harder to find than good rentals and I encourage all to patronize Angela and her properties.

  This trip was a mini vacation for two couples who wanted to experience Nashville for the first time. Our main hobby during the trip was to check out all the bars and eat out at some recommended restaurants. The condo is located close to downtown which allowed us to walk to all the restaurants and bars. The condo was clean when we arrived and it was nice to have a little deck outside. Thanks for letting us stay there!

  Even though we had to leave early D/T Hurricaine Sandy, we had a great time at Big River and the Second Fiddle. What a great condo. We will be back if the NHL ever gets their act together.

  We loved staying at this condo - so close to downtown that we could walk to Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, The Stage, and other honky tonks and restaurants on Broadway; also to the Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, etc. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for the season - oh well. The owner is friendly and I felt that she liked to share her town with visitors. There were brochures on one of the tables and she listed some sites & addresses in her condo binder. She was accessible by email and/or telephone (we talked once, before I rented). Not only would I recommend this to my friends and family, I would stay there again myself.

  Our group of 4 stayed in Angela’s condo for 4 days/3 nights Sept 29-Oct 2. We had a wonderful time and even got to see Brother Trouble play at the Wildhorse Saloon! This condo is in a gated facility located just a short walk to downtown Nashville restaurants, shops, bars, etc. We felt quite safe walking to and from the apartment every night. It is also located a quick cab ride (2 or so miles) away from the trendy “Midtown/Gulch” region of Nashville. The 1 bed, 1 comfortable futon was perfect for our laidback group of 4. The space was exactly as advertised. Angela also has put together a notebook with very helpful information for new visitors to Music City. This was perfect for our trip and we’ll certainly be back and recommend this condo to our friends traveling to Nashville!

  My two favorite things about this property -- location and having a balcony (I love the outdoors). The balcony overlooks the parking lot, but is still a nice place to sit and enjoy coffee or glass of wine. The place was as depicted and I was surprised how quiet it was. The pool is also really nice. We were able to walk around downtown and attend an event at Bridgestone Arena without the hassle of driving and parking. Awesome! Felt very safe. Angela was very helpful and available for questions. We absolutely LOVED Merchants Restaurant upstairs. Thank you for recommending it Angela! I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and will definitely consider it for my next visit to downtown Nashville. This is a really GREAT VALUE!

  I rented this place for part of labor day weekend. It is within walking distance to broadway where all the honky-tonks are. The condo is in a gated community with a pool. The condo was very clean and perfect for my needs.

  I travel frequently and have always tried to take advantage of point programs offered by various hotel chains. Angela's set up at the Rutledge House Condominiums is far better than any deal offered by any of the hotel chains. There is no check in hassel, just enter the code to the unit and you are at home. From this location you can easily have dinner in the Gulch, funky 12th Ave South, or stay in and prepare your favorite meal. I felt I had more privacy than in a hotel setting and even more amenities - pool, wi-fi, cable, laundry - all in a gated, secure setting - and the most comfortable bed you could ask for. Stay here - you won't regret it!

  Traveling to Nashville with our son and daughter in law meant finding a place to stay with some privacy for all but at a good value. This place fit our needs perfectly. Angela (owner) made sure that we were well prepared to find the place and get in to the property. Well maintained and very secure. A little bit of a walk up a hilly street to return home from the honky tonks on Broadway, but worth the hike to not have to worry about parking downtown. We felt very safe moving from the condo to downtown on foot. Never an issue. Very quiet in the condo. Beds quite comfortable, tons of towels, much appreciated! Very clean condo. Well stocked kitchen. We were planning to make some meals, both guys in our groups are great chefs, but we had a great time eating out at some of the great spots in Nashville. The pool was a great added benefit, beach towels even provided!

  We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was small, but very cozy and clean. We had everything we needed. There was quick and easy access to the interstate. We walked downtown every evening and felt safe, and it was so nice to have free parking.The pool was very nice too. The condo has everything you need to enjoy a lovely stay in downtown Nashville.

  Great location for downtown activities. Nice inside and out. Would definitely stay again. Parking is free inside the gate. Although we didn't have time for the pool, it looked amazing. Only complaint I have is, from a lady's viewpoint, is the bathroom lighting could have been a bit brighter. Maybe a higher wattage bulb would do the trick. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

  My only complaint is that I should not have to strip the bed, and take the garbage out to the dumpster. I feel that should be included in the cleaning fee. Owner was very helpful and provided great directions. Listing photos are accurate, and the apartment is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this rental, and I would stay there again. Thank you

  Lovely condo, perfect for couple or small family. Tidy, secure, gated complex. Modern contemporary features. Walking distance to downtown, but not too close so noise isn't an issue. Nice touches such as comfy furniture and bed, plenty of extra pillows, wifi, etc to make you feel at home. we will for sure go back! So much to see and do!

  Our stay at this condo was great. While the space isn't huge, it is certainly enough for 3-4 people to sleep comfortably, as advertised. The appliances are all new, and having an outdoor pool is a nice plus during the hot summer months. In addition to free parking, the biggest perk has to be the location of this condo. A quick, straight-shot walk takes you to Broadway and to the heart of Nashville's downtown area. It is also located right next to Copper Kitchen and Hermitage for brunch / late night snacking! Also, lots of glassware and silverware in case you plan on spending some time inside. Also, the walk back late at night (3am) felt perfectly safe, granted that we were a group of 25 year old males. One note - unrelated to the condo - the passing trains (and they aren't even close to the condo) can be loud, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

  We had a GREAT TIME in Nashville!! The condo was a good, comfortable place to come "home" to after a long night of honky tonks. The porch was especially nice to sit out on and enjoy a cocktail and snacks. Everything in the condo was incredibly clean and well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The complex was quiet and very secure. Angela was AWESOME at being prompt with paperwork and returning payments. It was a nice location for a walk down to Broadway or 2nd Ave. We had an amazing time at Tootsie's and Jack's BBQ! We will definitely be returning to Nashville in the future and would recommend staying at Angela's condo!

  We had a great time visiting Music City (including the Rock 'N Roll 1/2 Marathon run we participated in)! The condo was clean and comfortable and ideally located for us. It's perfect for two people as everything is "loft" style and open. The owner provided everything we needed - linens, equipped kitchen, and directions and recommendations for the weekend. We took a taxi from the airport to the condo and walked everywhere for the weekend - downtown, LP Field, grocery store, restaurants and more. Downtown was just 4 blocks away and we loved being able to get everywhere by walking! Thanks for hosting us!

  We needed a few days out of town...to just relax and we love Nashville. I have always stayed in hotels and decided to do something different this visit. The condo was comfortable and spotless. The decor was just what we love, the little kitchen is perfect and well stocked. The location is excellent. We used Siri, Urban Spoon iPhone App, etc. to get around and we were close to everything we needed. Really could not have asked for a better getaway. Perfect. We will rent from Angela again in the future.

  Our stay at Angela's condo really was terrific. It's a really nice space in a great location, really close to a killer coffee shop (Crema) and just a few minutes walk from downtown. The condo offers every amenity you would need, and a small but nice kitchen to work in. Only downside is the fire station across the street that is pretty noisy, but for the money this condo can't be beat.

  This condo was the perfect location for a girls' getaway. We were able to walk to all the Nashville sites! It's safe, clean, and quiet and it was stocked with everything we needed. We just parked our car for the weekend in the gated parking lot and had a great time. Can't wait to come back and stay here again! Thanks Angela!

  We stayed two nights the weekend before Christmas. This condo was immaculate and very nicely decorated. It was small, but it would have been perfect if it had just been the two of us. Our adult son stayed with us, so the lack of privacy between the living room and bedroom was a little inconvenient. The split bathroom was helpful in that situation, as one person could be showering while another was using the sink to get ready. The location was wonderful, very close to downtown events. It was a little noisy being in the middle of the city (we're country dwellers), and it might have been worth mentioning the fire department across the street! We had dinner at Mexican restaurant very closeby, and coffee at La Crema - enjoyed both. We also found a little grocery/deli downtown where we bought things to serve for two meals. I appreciated the security of the gated location, but we had a bit of a problem as we were leaving to come home when the remote for the exit gate refused to work. Thankfully, a neighbor told us of a button to push next to the gate, and we were able to get out!! All-in-all, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would certainly consider it again for a visit to Nashville and would recommend it to anyone else planning such a trip. Finally, if you're going to be in Nashville around Christmastime, by all means plan your trip to coincide with Andrew Peterson's "Behold the Lamb of God" at the Ryman - AMAZING!!

  My fiancé and I enjoyed our time at this conveniently located property. We were in walking distance to the Ryman Auditorium, Nashville Predator’s Hockey Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame, and all the great bars and restaurants on Broadway. The condo was steps from a wonderful Sunday Brunch at Copper Kettle. Pool and laundry room are onsite for added convenience. The condo is well represented on VRBO and is clean with upgraded amenities. Condo owner is super accommodating. It is perfect for a couple or small family. We will be back!
