Ponce Landing is nestled right in the prime location on Anastasia Island in the heart of St Augustine Beach, located directly oceanfront. You can see the ocean from every unit, excellent balcony views from our oceanfront units, little slices from our poolside units. Our unit farthest from the ocean is still very, very close!
Each townhome is two bedroom, two bath, 1200 square feet plus an attached private garage which is very nice for the occasional rainy day or to protect your vehicle from the salt air! All units are fully furnished including a washer and dryer. We like to think that all you need to bring is sunscreen! The living area is downstairs and includes a bathroom with a shower, pantry, kitchen, dining area, living room with a walkout patio. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a walkout balcony, a bathroom with shower and tub and the guest bedroom with a sun deck. No smoking and no pets.
Attached garage, local property manager, 2 beautifully cared for pools, amazing oceanfront views, peaceful, quite courtyard, responsive maintenance, and many more benefits an onsite management program provides.
Located 1 mile south of the pier, about 4.5 miles from the Historic
district. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and a weekly
farmers market.
Activities and Attractions: Beautiful beach to walk or drive on, clean ocean waves with gradual drop-off, fun for all ages. Farmers market Wednesday mornings at the fishing pier. Minutes away from Historic St Augustine with carriage
rides, ghost tours, a climbable lighthouse, a 300 year old fort and
enough shops to satisfy anyone's desires! Within driving distance to Outlet malls, dog tracks, Daytona Speedway, Orlando attractions and countless beautiful State and National Parks.

We arrived a little late due to terrible traffic, but called ahead of time to let the property manager know we would be later than 5:00. The property manager was friendly and completely understood our situation. The grounds were very nice and well maintained and it was a welcome change to have your own enclosed garage to park in. The inside of the condo was clean and decorated in your typical beach theme. All amenities we needed were available. A few things of concern were the utensil drawer in the kitchen which would fall out when you pulled out the drawer more than about 6 inches and the floors upstairs were quite "squeaky".. other than that, everything was perfect. The 2 pools were nice and we spent a lot of time in them. The beach access was very close and convenient. It was nice to have the pools and beach just a few steps away.. while we did opt for the beachfront unit, you couldn't see the ocean from the downstairs units due to the height of the dunes. You could of course see the ocean from the upstairs master bedroom. It was also nice that certain items were left by previous tenants such as dish washing detergent, paper towels and even propane bottles for the grill (it used the small camping size propane bottles) so we in turn left some of those necessities for the next family. Another plus for the property is that there is a miniature golf course right next door called Fiesta Falls. So one night we just walked next door and played mini golf with the kids.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
