Recently renovated. Beautifully decorated and spaciously designed, PICTURE PERFECT will become a favorite among our repeat guests. The ground floor features the living and dining areas plus gourmet kitchen. Large, Plasma screen TV. One bedroom with a king bed on first floor allows privacy for parents or friends. The master suite (king bed) and kid's bedroom is located on the second floor. A wonderful tower room on the third floor is an additional master suite with a queen bed and a sitting area witha an additional queen sofa sleeper.
Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from the top floor observation deck and beautiful gulf views off the master bedroom private porch. TVs, DVDs, and VCRs in every bedroom plus computer access. Kid's room also features two bunkbeds, X-Box, games, and many fun-filled activities. Free beach trolley service if needed. We stayed in the house over this last weekend and it was awesome. The house is very spacious, well decorated, clean and nice amenities. The beach and the beautiful huge pool is walking distance. You can not go better than that. We really recommend. Luiz and Keila.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thank you so much for sharing "Picture Perfect" with our families. We had 2 families of 4 on vacation, and could easily had enough room for another family! The neighborhood pool was fantastic but a little chilly since our stay was in October. I am sure it is a blast in the summer. The neighborhood and surrounding area was ideal for bike rides. The walk to the beach was not bad either (10 minutes maximum). The accomodations were 4-star. The house has 3 bedrooms that could be considered master bedrooms, and one bedroom that could accomodate 6 children. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom so there was no fighting over who got to shower first when coming back from the beach. I almost hate writing this review because I know it will make others want to rent the house, and now that I have found it, I want to have a week at the house every summer.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Just spent a lovely long weekend down at the house for my bachlorette weekend with 8 of my great friends! The home is just "perfect" with wonderfully spacious rooms and nice amenities. Pool and beach both within walking distance many areas nearby! We all had a very relaxing, warm weekend - thank you!

This home is wonderful. We stayed the week of July 17th-24th and had a wonderful time. You will not find a nicer place to spend your vacation. The home is only a very short walk to the beach and beautiful pool. The owners are also wonderful people. We will stay again.
