This 4000 plus square foot house provides the finest amenities. We will start the vacation off right with a complimentary round trip helicopter transfer for two. Arrive at the international airport (Hewanorra (UVF) and the helicopter will bring you up to their office in the north end of the island (12 minutes by helicopter vs. 1 1/2 hour by road) where a taxi will then take you up to our beautiful caribbean home.
All four bedrooms are air conditioned. The master suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, TV and double doors out to the large patio pool area. The other bedrooms all have 2 double beds and views of the Atlantic and Caribbean sea.
The house has been professionally decorated and the air conditioned family room has a 50" plasma tv.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.
Wifi throughout the house and maid service twice a week.
The oversized outdoor entertaining area boasts a very large infinity edged pool. This house is perfect for entertaining.

The balance to be paid 45 days before arrival. Cancellation policy is 25% non refundable and 50% non refundable within 30 days of rental. $1,000 Damage Deposit which is refundable Anything over 6 people there is an added $100.00 per day.

The Unique Benefits at this HouseSome of the unique benefits you will enjoy with renting our house is the helicopter transfer, what a way to see the island from the air. Also your trip either on arrival or departure is 12 minutes versus a 2 1/2 hour taxi ride.

My husband and I own St. Lucia Helicopters and we have been on the island for over 22 years. We built our home in 2003. This house was built as our home but we now have decided to travel more to see the world and since we live on an island that people want to vacation we thought we would like to offer our home for rent.

The villa was the perfect place for our family and wedding activities. The owners, manager and staff all treated us with graciousness and hospitalitly, to include the utmost attention to detail. All of our family absolutely loved the villa and its privacy. We would recommend this villa to individuals that are looking for a wonderful place to stay that offers a beautiful environment, and are a reference to the integrity of the owners.
