Our home has all the comforts of home, three bedrooms,, The floor plan is a split one with family room dividing the master suite from the other two bedroom rooms. The pool area is great for all, sun area for tanning and shade for dining .. Completely equipped with all your needs just pack you suitcase and you are set. Formal living and Dining area, eat in kitchen ,large family room and two baths
One of the largest yards in the development . . Security watch 24 hrs a day. There is so much more,Lots of windows for a bright home with an lanai to see the sun set . Our rooms are all decorated in a different theme and the garden out front has some great flowers native to FL Our community is a well kept area with lots of homeowner pride More pictures are available, just ask I will be happy to send.

Our family had a great month stay at your home, we had everything we needed right at the home. The location was fantastic everything was with in a couple of miles. We hope to return nextt year for our one month away from the snow.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We picked the best place to stay not only was it easy to get around but the community was great we met some of your neighbors very nice people. The house was everything the ad said and we had all the conveniences of home right down to the hairdryers.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children.

Your home was just as great as your photos. It was so close to everything you could want, and located in a great community. Having the pool a few steps out the door was a great convience, the kids played while we sat and sipped our glass of wine. We hope to return in a year as the twins will be older. It was great to find a home centrally located that loved pets like we do. Having a big yard made it easy for us to walk Kody without going to a park, your home is set up so well that Grammy and PaPa could go to the livingroon to relax and the kids had space to play at the other end of the house. We had a great time, the community was great , the kids loved having the play ground right around the connor we could walk over after supper. We spent most of the day at the parks and were tired (not the kids) the beds were great and the house had everything we could want even hairdryers.Did you find this review helpful? I have to say it was one of the best places I have ever stayed at, it was great having the pool right outside the door. The kids could go in and we would sit at the table outside and watch. It was so convient to all the parks, they loved Sea World the best. Thank you and we will be sure to tell all our friends about your home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

I would just like to thank Elaine for allowing us to rent her beautiful home. My entire family agrees it was the best vacation ever. The one thing I'm extremely "picky" about is cleanliness. This home was immaculate! It's in an ideal location...close to all the parks. We would go to Disney in the morning, come home for lunch, take a dip in the pool, and head back to the parks late afternoon. Once you leave the community it's only a couple miles until you're on 192 which has awesome restaurants and shops. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the home...The best part was once the kids were tucked in bed at night, my husband and I would sit by the pool with a glass of wine for some "alone" time..I definitely reccomend this house and can't wait to come back next year...Thanks again, Elaine...Doreen and AdamDid you find this review helpful? Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: Parents of three adult children, love outdoors, crafts, dogs. We have traveled many places including over seas and this is our favorite place to relax. Having the pool right outside our door is one of the great advantage. We are able to get lunch and eat out on the shaded patio area then jump into the pool or sun. We are close to Disney and have been there every couple of years when the children were little, we have also enjoyed, Gatorland, Universal, Sea World (my favorite) and Tampa's Bush Garden. Living in MA FL is a great get a way for us, I have a great love for dogs and have never lived without one but Abby is the only one to get to FL.
Why the Owner Chose Chatham Park:
After renting condo s and townhouses for many years we came across this community and loved it, It is clean quiet and a great to vacation or live. Love the location we can run to any type of store, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Publix and so much more in less than 5 min. Gas station is 1/2 mile and also has a convient store for on the run items. We have everything in our home for your convience, all sheets, towels, blankets, pots,pans and even 2 hairdryers. You will feel right at our home and have received great comments and return guest some for over 6 years
The Unique Benefits at this House:
It is so easy to get to from the airport only 20min , all the convience of everything being so close a great big private back yard, my great pool, and the convenience of restraunts, drug stores, churchs, and shopping we have our own playground in community as well as pool, the community itself have only one way in and out so it is easy to get around and even take a wlk around Great area to take a walk in the evening with our dog and not have to worry about traffic. There are so many restraunts around the conor and Walgreens just moved in at the end of the street There is Wallgreen about 3 miles that has a walk-in clinic, hospital is only 1 mile All your favorite parks are with in 20min with Disney being only 5 min, dinner clubs, Old Town and so much more.
