We stayed at this home in May when we were in town for CU's graduation. There is plenty of room for a large group of people. This historic home was very clean and had such great character. The porches are a real plus for overflow seating and enjoying the awesome Boulder weather. You won't be sorry if you choose this home for your next getaway to Boulder. Thanks so much to the owners and property manager. They were all extremely accommodating and it was much appreciated.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Year Purchased: 1997
About: We are a family of 4 with 2 college aged boys. We have lived in this house full time between our travels since 1997. We moved here soon after moving back to the states from Nepal where we had a dental clinic and a mountain bike touring company.
Why Boulder:
We knew that we wanted to live simply yet actively and that downtown Boulder was the place for us. We love the outdoor activities and lifestyle that are possible here. Hiking, biking, kayaking, mountain climbing, great restaurants and fabulous people
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We have spent many days without driving a car. We can walk to some of the best restaurants on the front range, panel discussions at C.U.'s Conference on World Affairs, or hiking up the mountain to see all of Boulder.
In the winter we drive up Boulder Canyon to Eldora Mountain Ski area at least twice a week for downhill and Nordic Skiing. We love to stop at one of the restaurants in Nederland as a reward before we go home.
