You will feel welcomed as you walk into a spacious entry way and kitchen area complete with all the comforts of home. The living room and dining room provides ample space for your family with spectacular views of the gulf.
The dining room table seats six and the kitchen bar seats three. The Caribbean decor extends into the master bedroom with its king size bed and the guest bedroom with its queen size bed. The kids will enjoy the cozy bunks. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD. Both bathrooms have double vanities and cultured marble tubs with glass enclosures.
You will want to spend as much time as possible on your own private terrace, one of the largest on the gulf at 340 square feet. The sun drenched terrace is furnished with a dining table, chairs for four, and two chaise lounges. Retreat to your own private paradise!
Our condo is on the 15th floor with a bird's eye view of the beautiful gulf waters and marine wildlife.
We require a $250 damage deposit with the signed contract. This money is refunded as soon as our cleaning company tells us the condo was left in good condition and the keys have been returned. |
