Detached light and bright 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom townhouse just steps to the beach and downtown. This a great time of year to spend time in Manhattan Beach with the pier lit up for the holidays!
This home features vaulted ceilings, 8' doors, 3 decks, marble and hardwood floors, and carpet in the bedrooms.
On the top floor, there is a spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace, a dining table that seats 8 comfortably, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is open to the living room featuring granite counter tops, Viking stainless range-oven, and a Sub Zero refrigerator. There are 2 patios with a gas grill to use.
On the second floor there is a large master suite, a second bedroom, and the laundry room. The master suite has a Cal King bed with new linens, a crib, and a flat screen TV. The master bath has a spa tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached full bathroom.
On the ground level, there is a third bedroom with a new Pottery Barn bunk bed (twin over full) with new linens and an attached full bathroom. There is a 2 car garage and a covered carport for parking. There are plenty of bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, and sand toys to use.
The property has a small fenced yard and a landscaped gated courtyard. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here over Christmas holidays last year. The entire process was seamless from booking to staying. The house was emaculate and had everything a young family would want. The location absolutely cannot be beat. We had a small beach town vibe while we were in Manhattan Beach, but then could easily get to Disneyland or the LA sights within 30-40 minutes. I highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.
