  This house is centrally located on a quiet residential street and it has a pool! Less than 5 minutes to groceries, Star Bucks, Lifetime Fitness and shopping. A quick 15 minutes to downtown and Zilker Park. So, if you're going to Austin, make it easy, stay at this house. Hey, if you like sushi make reservations at Uchi. Oh, and, of course, the house has all the other good stuff you expect plus the greatest folks that handle the rental.

  Great price for a great stay. Everything was very clean and the house was very accommodating to our needs.

  Michael, It was really a wonderful place to stay- we thoroughly enjoyed the closeness to the essentials but the seclusion from the "bustle" of the city. Loved the enclosed deck and the kids enjoyed having the option of TV in basically every room- made for a trouble free weekend with 5 kids:). We certailnly appreciated having the well stocked kitcken and the abundance of linens @ our disposal... The house lived up to its name and our only regret was that it wasn't summer. Thanks for making our 'runaway weekend' a success

  House was better than expected. Extremely clean with every kitchen gadget you might need. Michael was super quick to address any needs or questions. Slept 8 comfortably. Great location. Convient to downtown and local grocery stores. Very happy with our experience and we will be back!

  Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was 6 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the private pool! The house was very nice and clean. Michael even checked on us mid way throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely stay here again, we have a yearly Austin trip and will plan on booking next year! Would highly recommend home and management.

  The house was comfortable, with every need anticipated. Super clean with excellent towels, stocked kitchen and good beds. Michael was very helpful and checked on us and even unlocked the ad for us so we could adjust the temp. A good experience overall. Just one thing though- our kids (all 4) got an allergic reaction to swimming in the pool... Not sure if the pool chemicals are maintained as well as the rest of the house.

  Great place to relax. Good location with close-by grocery, restaurants and convenient store, also just a short drive to get downtown. Really enjoyed the backyard pool and screened in patio. We liked that it was equipped with a grill, perfect for relaxing out back. I could go on and on but Ill just list a few other things we liked: cable tv, nice kitchen, roomy, well decorated, garage, and cant forget the great price, definately got our moneys worth!

  100 x better than any hotel! Beautifully decorated with a private pool on a quiet cul de sac and spacious, only ten min from downtown Austin! A very rare find and all the soft fluffy towels you could want! I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this spot to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the Austin area. I did not want to leave and I can't wait to go back!

  This property is, by far, the most well-managed property in the history of property. It's as if they not only understood the unspoken line between being too hands-off and being too intrusive, but indeed invented this line. It is a delicate balance, and a balance over which this property's manager has attained Kung Fu Warrior-level mastery. Like, if managing properties were a martial art, you'd need to dispossess yourself of everything you'd ever owned, cleanse yourself of sin, travel to a remote mountain in China, scale it, and spend fifteen years under the strict scrutiny and tutelage of an eccentric Ancient master who breaks you down spiritually and mentally until you are reborn as an entirely new person in order to even ASPIRE to demonstrate the kind of mastery that I witnessed firsthand at this property. The linens, flawless. The decor, tasteful. The furniture, comfortable. The location, quiet but not too isolated. The neighborhood, safe. The patio, top notch. The amenities, world-class. The fridge, optimal. The floorplan, as though divined from Howard Roarke himself. Be sure to pull hard on the knob when engaging the electronic lock button, so that the deadbolt will align properly and lodge into the doorframe. I will never forget you, A Wonderful Place To Be.

  Stayed here with some friends for the weekend and loved it! The house is in a good area. Lots of restaurants and things to do. It's just a few minutes from downtown Austin as well. I am already planning to come back in the ntear future. I would definitely recommend to others.
