San Jose house description
Luxury executive home suitable for many uses, from quiet vacation stay to holding meetings and small parties. The house features all the typical must-have amenities for a luxury home such as cable and internet access (both wire and wireless) to all the rooms, full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, bar with sink and wine cooler, plasma or LCD TVs in living room, family room and master bedroom. All rooms have cable and internet access.
To make your stay even more enjoyable we have installed the reverse-osmosis 7-filter system that deliver bottled water quality drinking, the instant hot water dispenser for the quick cup of soup or tea, the Recirculating system so you can enjoy hot water almost instantly at the faucets anywhere in the house.
This house has been remodeled by the best craftsmanship, completed with crown moldings, baseboards and trims. Color, mass and lighting are coordinated throughout the house to create a sense of ease and comfort in a 'money no object' fashion. From the grand entry adorned by the majestic columns and the mahogany door to the mahogany dining set, the full kitchen with granite counter tops, the luxurious Italian leather sofas and the high pressure body sprays in the shower, the designer has made the house into a living experience where the environment serves the inhabitant and not the other way around. If there is a verbatim to capture the essence of the house it must be 'Simple Elegance'.
The back yard features a beautiful arbor, covered gazebo, Waterfalls and pond. And for that summer afternoon cookout, or any afternoon for that matter, we have a chef BBQ gas grill a natural gas grill for that hi heat cooking, a beer cooler and a fridge.
Within 2-3 miles you are surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, bars and lounges, beauty salons, gyms and spas. The newly remodeled Oakridge Mall hosts a number of named diners and entertainment establishments such PF Chang, California Kitchen, The Fish Market, The Cheese Cake Factory and a 20-screen Movieplex.

This is my second stay at this house; same as last time I was in Silicon Valley on a short contract work. I was very satisfied with the house the last time but notice several improvements on the second day, after all the all the back-to-back meetings were out of the way and I had some leaisure time to relax and enjoy what the house had to offer: The HDTV in the family, already a very good one by any standard, had been replaced with a 3D Samsung flat screen HDTV on which I was able to watch all kinds of programs and free movies from HBO to Netflix, the upstairs master bedroom TV also had been replace with an LCD 47" Vizio, the internet speed was upgraded, the back yard has been remodeled in a simplistic way that embodies a sense of serenity and relaxation. Its great to be able to invite some colleague over for a BBQ and have a few drinks. The phones had been upgraded to a 5-phone, Link-to-Cell system. For those who are not up to par on the technos the Link-to-Cell feature allows you to link your cell number to the house system so that you can receive cell phone calls thru the house phones. This feature is real cool for me as I always tend to leave my phone where I cannot hear the ring therefore some missed important calls at times. And as usual the owner was very responsive and helpful, the house has everything I need. It is upscale but comfortable and cozy and all the fantastic decors and lighting (there are a lot of lights) still impress me the same way it did the first time.
