Very clean, wonderful view, close to beach and pools. Our family had a great time staying at the condo and ammy the owner was very good to work with and everything was just as she said it would be. I would recommend this unit and you will like the location of the condo to the beach restuarnts and other family recreation . We did and can't wait to go back next year.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at your condo. It is gorgeous and the view is amazing. The kids even sat out on the deck one morning and saw whales. We loved it and would use it again. The grounds are as beautiful and we would definately use your condo again.

This was my family's second stay in the Sea Forever. This condo is beautiful and a great value for what you get. The location is superb and within easy access of local shopping and dining right in the heart of Destin. We loved sitting on the beach at night enjoying a fresh beverage from the Back Porch bar while the kids hunted for sand crabs. The restaurant also played fun music all day long, so bringing a radio was not necessary. Thank you so much for maintaining such beautiful accommodations! We look forward to coming again!

Awesome Place To Stay!! Destin is our very favorite vacation destination - a wonderful, family-oriented location and this condo was just perfect! Incredibly spacious...top floor, high ceilings, breath-taking view and ideal for families traveling together. The choice of two pools (an awesome lagoon pool at the building and another right at the beach) made it easy to please everyone in our family. Also, we loved the location...centrally located and close to everything. In addition, the owners were definitely the very best we've ever rented from. We just got home and I'm already starting to save for a return trip!!!

Our stay in your condo was wonderful!!! We really enjoyed everything the condo had to offer….beautiful accommodations, a spectacular view, wonderful pools and an amazing beach! It was wonderful! We all agreed however, that even if there would have been cause for us to not go into the gulf to swim, the pools at Sterling Shores are fabulous and quite easy to spend the day in!!! In fact…we spent a fair share of our time in the main pool anyway! We would come back in a heartbeat! It was a really fantastic vacation! We would love for all to know that in spite of the issues the gulf is facing, Destin and the Beaches of SouthWalton have so much to offer in their towns…that you are never at a shortage for things to do. It is a wonderful place to visit. Thanks again! Hope to visit again!!!

We had a wonderful time in Destin, your condo was perfect. It is beautifully decorated and we loved all the space. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the best I have ever slept in. It just wouldn’t fit in my SUV. Ha Ha.My daughter got married on the beach and we had a small reception in the condo. What a fantastic place to stay!!! Penthouse 12 is beautiful, clean and very relaxing (and trust me, I am picky). The balcony is huge with very nice outdoor furniture and an unbelievable view of the Gulf. We have a 2 year old and 4 year old and they loved it! The pool at Sterling Shores is extremely kid friendly. We went back and forth from the beach to the pool as it is all right there. We will certainly return to this property next time we visit Destin. I highly recommend Penthouse 12 at Sterling Shores!

WOW! That is all I could say when I looked out of the living room doors. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Our group was there to celebrate a happy event and it was just wonderful. The convenience of being close to everything, yet, the way the condo is on the end, we never really felt shut in. The accomodations are truly wonderful John and Tammy were a pleasure to work with. I recommend this vacation dream home highly.

Yes, you may publish any comments we give you about your gorgeous penthouse suite. This vacation was incredible and your condo made it very special for our family. This was our last family vacation before my oldest daughter takes off for the Air Force and it was spectacular! I just wanted to let you know how much my family and I enjoyed your “Sea Forever” condo. The view was awesome. My son enjoyed watching the dolphins play every evening! It was great to be able to walk such a short distance to get to the beach. All everyone kept saying was “next time we come…” We will definitely be renting again!! The décor was great also. We had a wonderful time staying in your penthouse in Destin! We did not want to leave. We took our 23 year old daughter and her boyfriend and our 16 year old daughter and her best friend. Your condo is beautiful! We were thrilled when we first walked in. We called ahead and rented our chairs and umbrellas from Michael. He was great. I gave your name, number, and website to a lady from New Orleans. She was not happy with her condo. She and her family go to Destin several times during the summer. I told her how pleased we were with your condo. I hope you hear from her. Again, we had such a fun time, were so pleased with the accomodations, and hope to be back next summer. I just wanted to write to let you know how much my family and I enjoyed staying at your condo. The accommodations are first class. Everyone that I met was super friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was a very picturesque experience that was enjoyed every morning and evening. I would also like to thank you for the referral of Mike in the rental of our beach chairs. He made sure that we were front row and wanted for nothing. He even picked up, stored, and delivered my children's floats each day. What can I say except that it was a vacation in a vacation. This condo is very elegantly decorated with top of the line furniture and accessories. The location is superb, the beach is close (even closer than pictures appear), the pool is fabulous. Since 1999 our family has enjoyed making the trip to Destin the week of Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the past 5 years but our stay in your luxurious penthouse was by far the best yet. The location is convenient, the grounds well landscaped and we loved the huge lagoon pool. Your unit is well designed, spacious and beautifully decorated.
