Gail and her condo get my highest rating. Gail was great to work with, always responded to e-mails in a timely and straightforward manner. The condo is extra clean and nicely furnished. Carlos Pointe is a clean, secure, and quiet complex with a nice pool area that is a three minute drive to a plaza that has restaurants, shops, etc... Internet transactions can be a bit of a gamble, but not here. Contact Gail with confidence and rent this condo if you're going to FMB. You'll be glad you did!

Dealing with Gayle was very easy and the unit was as advertised. It was well laid out, and the screened in lanai a treat. Any supplies are easily obtained on the island, but "big box" stores close if you need them. Nearby airport access is a plus. We loved the beach & our stay. If you have a chance, eat at Doc Ford's!

My husband and I rented Gail's condo @ Carlos Pointe Beach Club and it was amazing. From the beginning of the transaction to the end, Gail was very helpful, informative and just a delight to work with. The condo was great, with a view of the Gulf right from the lanai and all the amenities of home. It was clean and provided us all of our needs for our week stay. Also located away from the "busy" part of Ft. Meyers Beach was a plus. A quiet stay, beautiful pool and we met very nice people at the pool who we came to enjoy at the end of the trip. They said they would miss us and we will definately miss them and this wonderful place. Would for sure rent again...Thanks again Gail, you're a doll.....A+++++++
