La Casa Blanca Vacation Rental is found just 5 minutes from the center town of Dominical, and 200 meters from the Costanera highway.
With beautiful views to the ocean and it's own private small pool it is a great getaway location for a family or group.
Simple in style yet very comfortable with so many things to do so close by. It's only 180 yards walking distance to a nice sandy beach and is 4WD access only.
Two story rental home, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, ceiling fan, closet, a lot of space next to the bedroom and a half bath is on the ground floor. There is a big terrace on the ground floor with a great ocean view.
The second floor has two bedrooms with double beds, full bathroom with hot water shower in one of the bedrooms, and the other one has a half bathroom which is connected with the living room, ceiling fans, closets in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator,coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils provided, a dining table for 6 people and balcony wrap around with ocean views.

We spend 2 beautiful months with our three kids in this house. The stunning view, the surrounding, all the animals and the house itself were more than we excepted. Our kids were more than happy with the pool and watching the animals. the service of Land Assurance was very friendly and helpful at any time. Having a car is recommended. renting this house is a win for your vacation. We surely would love to go back there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Stay was very good, and property was beautiful and well maintained. Any concerns were addressed promptly. Having the pool and outdoor shower was refreshing and convenient. View from the large covered veranda was spectacular and we practically lived out there. Only drawback was the difficulty of accessing the property and beach whether driving or walking. With two senior ladies it was more difficult accessing town than we had anticipated or enjoyed and kept us from exploring the local and shopping as often as we would have liked. Would rent a 4 x 4 in San Jose next time as there was great sight seeing adventures and restaurants nearby. Ziplining with Canopy Safari Adventures out of Quepos was the highlight of our vacation. Safe environment and fabulous and funny staff.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The house was spotless. The viewes of the ocean and the sunset was unbeatable. It was especially relaxing in the pool watching the sunset at the end of a day surfing. The management was very responsive and helpful. Make sure you have a 4x4 for the access. Dominical is very quaint. There are numerous choices for restaurants, Japanese, Thai, Caribe, and more. Many choices for activities. The people are very nice. Our family of 6 had a fun-filled week doing surfing, kayaking, visiting fishing villages -- all within 15min from the house. You will have a memorable time as we did.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Hearing the waves crash day and night, watching the tides high and low, and being close to town made it difficult to leave La Casa Blanca when our time was over. I would definitely rent this house again and highly recommend it to others.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our family decided to take a vacation and chose the small town of Dominical for our destination. We chose to stay at La Casa Blanca and it was the best choice we made. The home was spotless and had all the amenities needed to enjoy a nice relaxing vacation. The views from the home were absolutely spectacular. Watching the sun set every night from the deck was such a treat for all of us. Whether you want to relax or have a taste of adventure, this has it all. La Casa Blanca and Dominical is highly recommended to anyone who is seeking a relaxing and/or fun-filled vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
