  Excellent house for famillies with children. Was clean and all amenities were there. The pool and deck area were fabulous. Nice to be right on a golf course. Nice queit neighbourhood. Great price and owners were great to deal with, quick repsonses to any questions we had. Will definitely be back!

  What an amazing two weeks we had at this villa! A well equipped, tidy, clean and modern home. We really setted in very quickly. My two boys loved the pool and were quick to sample the spa as was I!! The owner was quick to respond to any questions and any problems were dealt with swiftly. A well located villa with a supermarket, doctors (which we unfortunately had to visit), and Disney Parks down the road and numerous restaurants on the doorstep. We shall definatley return!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  We have rented several vacations homes in the past few years. This one is by far the best we have stayed in. It is in a quite, well maintained neighborhood. We loved the private pool and spa after a long day in the parks and various other activities in the vicinity. The house itself was very spacious, and has an open concept kitchen, dining area, and family room. Master bedroom was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. This is a big plus since my husband and I both have back problems. We all enjoyed the pool and playing pool in the game room. We would recommend this house, and we hope to return next year for our vacation. The owner was very prompt getting back to us with any questions we had, and was a pleasure to work with when renting the property.

  Place was great. Plenty of room and excellent pool/spa. Great location backing on to the 2nd hole of the Golf Course. Supermarket and restaurants are walkable and very close to Disney and Orlando. The owner was very prompt and helpful in answering any questions. We will definitely return to this place again as long as it is available.

  Very bIg house, great for lots of families combined...Nice and quiet location, very well mantained. The owners garunteed 100% satisfaction and they followed through without a question..The house was equipped with highchair, playpen, and evern a stroller for our convience while stying with baby. Lots of atractions and restaurants nearby!

  Very nice place to relax after your trip to Disnay World. Clean and well maintained house and pool with hot tub. Only about 15min drive to Disney. Excellent place for your stay in Orlando.

  We read the reviews and thought this would be a nice place to stay. We didn't realize that it would exceed our expectations. It is in a very nice, clean community. This place is wonderful, it sits on a golf course and the covered pool was beautiful. The inside was great. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The kitchen was very open and in the center of everything. This made it nice to still be able to cook dinner and talk with everyone. The couches were very comfortable and had enough seating for everyone. I would highly recommend this place and when we come back would absolutely stay here again.

  The owners were very helpful in booking / setting up the holiday. The location was excellent. Great setting by a golf course with excellent shops within 5 mins walk. The listings were accurate. Issues with Air Con and Jacuzzi were dealt promptly. The linen could use some attention on the bedding. It didn't match the otherwise high standards. There were ample towels and the house was well stocked with all necessary utensils. We felt at home quickly and easily. I'd definitely recommend the property to frend / family. The parks were easily drivable, as were the local restaurants via I4 or 192. It was excellent value and we'd definitely return in future years. My family had a wonderful time and have a great base contributed to that immensely.

  We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Davenport FL. The neighborhood is close to nearby theme parks, shopping and grocery stores. Our family enjoyed the large pool and the comfort of this clean, comfortable home. The property manager was available and stopped by the home when we had a plumbing issue with the spa tub and the problem was resolved quickly. The outdoor spa was not working properly but was fixed promptly. The only other problem we had was with the cable hook up with the large tv but the problem was noted. The home inside was clean and decorated beautifully. The owner communicated well with us prior to our stay and was very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend this FL home to friends and family and hope to return again sometime in the future.

  My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks in March and we were absolutely amazed and thrilled with the accommodations!! We were all coming from different locations in Canada to vacation together and we did not have to worry about a thing. The house was incredible, spotless and contained everything we needed. It was our own personal paradise! We had 6 adults and 2 children staying in the house and not once did we feel like there wasn't enough room. The bedrooms and living area were very spacious and the private pool and hot tub were perfect after the long days out at the parks. The house is in a great neighbourhood and location, close to the parks and shopping. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, answered all our questions and provided great information regarding our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
