  My wife and I stayed in this unit for 5 weeks this past winter. We found it to be exactly as described. Very well equipped for an extended stay. Very good value for the $. Great location for accessing the beach at the Hilton and Fort DeRussy as well as downtown Waikiki. Close to shopping and all amenities. Super view from the lanai, great place to have a drink and watch traffic and people go by! The owner is very helpful and shows genuine concern for her clients needs. We would certainly recommend this unit for a couple, not suitable for more than two people.

  I was lucky enough to stay in this studio for two weeks and it quickly became my home away from home. The owner provided simple, detailed instructions for getting into the unit and everything was there as promised. The unit has a great view of DeRussy Park and the ocean and, although there is substantial Waikiki traffic noise (as there is anywhere in Waikiki), I kept the sliding glass door open whenever I was there to enjoy the breeze and the view. (When the door is closed and the A/C is on, the traffic noise is completely blocked). Lots of nice amenities including two beach chairs and two beach towels. Used them a lot. TV, wireless internet, a lanai, stove and refrigerator - all worked great. I would recommend this unit to anyone. The location was fantastic. And the owner was very responsive and helpful.

  I was staying at this condo for 6 days. The place was amazing: clean, bright, cozy, in great location! Just wonderful! Price was unbeatable! When I contacted the owner, She carried out everything in the very proficient manner. Therefore, I had nothing to worry about. Great time! Thank you

  This was an excellent place to stay for what we needed. A friend and I were down here on business for a whole 2 months! We needed a quiet, clean, and affordable place and this was just that. The listing was accurate, the photos are very true to what the apartment looks like and entails, the property was clean and easy to maintain due to the cleaning supplies that were already in the apartment, bugs are a natural thing to Hawaii and the spraying service provided by the landowners was great, and best of all the owners were always available for us to contact whenever we needed them. A few times we needed to get parking right away and the owners were amazing in accommodating us and finding us a solution right away. This apartment is on the edge of Waikiki and the best thing is that there is everything you need within walking distance (pharmacy, Wal-Mart, shopping, fast/cheap food, and even the beach!). I would highly recommend this property for anybody looking to stay here, whether it's a large chunk of time like us, or just a week. It's great!

  Excellent value for budget traveller. Our first time staying in Waikiki for a month. This condo met our needs. Very clean and secure building. Loved the location as it was not right in the middle of the Waikiki busy-ness, but still very close to it. Close to the beach and Ala Moana Shopping centre. We were on the pool side of the building so enjoyed the quiet. The condo itself was well stocked and we were very self-contained. My only critique would be not experiencing enough sun in the condo being on the shady side of the building.

  We arrived to a newly renovated bachelor sized condo. It was clean and bright. The condo is located close enough to the beach and shopping, and the price is a deal. We felt safe and comfortable. This space is perfect for adventurous adults that don't want to spend alot of money on a room because they are out enjoying the beauty of Hawaii. The owner is forthright, polite and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay there again.

  We liked the condo a lot, as it is very clean and nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. We really loved the lanai with the view over the park and you can actually see the ocean a little bit too. The traffic noise was loud but that's Waikiki. And the bed was a little bit hard for our taste. We would come back anytime and will recommend it to anybody who wants to visit Waikiki!

  This studio unit was exactly as shown on the photos. It was clean, had new furnishings, including kitchenware, bed & bedding. Although the unit faced the busy street, it was not too noisy, & the oceanview overlooking Fort Derussy Park was absolutely wonderful ! Buses were nearby, as was the shopping centre & grocery stores, so the location was convenient. We would recommend this unit to anyone coming to Waikiki.

  This was such a nice condo. It was newly renovated and everything was brand new, and very comfortable. The owner was easy to contact, and very professional so everything was setup and no issues with anything. All the amenities and items available for use were very nice. The suite itself was bigger than I expected, and felt quite roomy. It is very tastefully decorated, modern and clean. It is in a great location, as its an easy walk to the beach, waikiki, or shopping. What was really nice about being at this end of Waikiki, we found free parking in the is area every night, so didn't need to spend money on parking. I would definitly stay here, or in any of the owner's suites again. The building itself has ongoing improvements with things like card-only washer\dryers. I saw the landscaper doing the garden on the pool deck, and the security guards are nice to have on site. Thanks for a great stay at a great price! Karen

  Everything we expected and more!! Appreciated the volunteer owner contact and aloha. Clean and recent reno were a delight. Well maintained spotless building by very friendly and helpful staff - especially liked the night time security. The location is great with easy access to everything Waikiki has to offer. Bus service is nearby and easy to use. High end hotel services and for a fraction of the cost! Mahalo for our very relaxing stay in Waikiki.
