This charming, non-smoking cottage is adjacent to the St. Joseph River Yacht Club overlooking both the West Basin and the St. Joseph River with the City in the background.
Also located across the street from the entry to Tiscornia Beach, Lake Michigan, rated as one of the finest beaches in the Country. You will be just a few steps away from this natural wonder where you can climb the dunes and enjoy a marvelous beach of white sand.
From this location you will have spectacular views of the sun rising over the Basin, and boats (both small and large commercial ships) entering and leaving the Harbor. Just a few steps away from the cottage every day you will definitely want to begin your walk starting from the Coast Guard Station out to the end of the North Pier and take in the beauty of the historical lighthouse which was featured on a postage stamp years ago.
And do not forget your camera, as you will want to take pictures of the natural beauty of this charming location. And when the sun begins to set, you will want to join the parade of locals, photographers and vacationers who will gather just to marvel at the landscape as the sun begins to disappear into the lake, with the lighthouse in the foreground.
If you have friends who either have a Yacht or Sailboat you will want them to visit you at your cottage and literally park in your backyard by taking advantage of the transient slips which are available during the summer months.
