The points and reefs face directly into the summer south swells and the prevailing sea breeze is offshore all day long grooming the myriad surf spots and swimming beaches to perfection.
The house is the last house at the end of a gated cul-de-sac which itself is off another cul-de-sac providing unmatched security and privacy. The back yard opens to a tree-filled arroyo
