The house is the last house at the end of a gated cul-de-sac which itself is off another cul-de-sac providing unmatched security and privacy. The back yard opens to a tree-filled arroyo

The house overlooks a tree-filled ravine through which runs a creek and a winding footpath that leads to the beach where the fresh water cascades onto the sand. Or you can drive right down to the beach and park in the private gated lot where the kayaks are kept. You can often hear the waves breaking and the sea lions barking at night.
