  The condo was clean and neat. Has been updated with countertops and floors. We really enjoyed the location. Close to the beach and that part of the beach was not crowded! We could see further down in either direction large crowds. The sand was white and soft like powder! Close proximity to John's Pass and restaurants, shopping and recreational activities. I would recommend this location and condo to anyone who wants to be close to everything without being crowded.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  My husband and I stayed at the condo for our honeymoon. The condo was clean and within walking distance of all the great attratctions. We had such a great time. Being able to walk to the condo from the beach to cool off helped greatly. Thanks for the great, clean and fun stay.

  Let me first say that our trip was a last minute decision and the owner was more than accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We had a wonderful time at this condo. The condo was IMMACULATE and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything you would keep in your own home as far as cookware and appliances. There was more than adequate linens and towels for our stay,which is not always the case. Convenient location to the beach and John's Pass. Would recommend staying there. PS: Thanks for the Spumante.... nice touch

  Lovely clean, well equipped condo in great location close to the beach, bars, restaurants and Johns Pass. Suited our needs perfectly, a kettle and teapot would be a useful addition to the kitchen as us english guests do enjoy a cup of tea! Owners were great to deal with and very helpful, would definitely recommend to friends. Thankyou.

  Great condo, very clean and well equipped - a kettle and teapot would be a big bonus, especially for any english guests as we love our cup of tea! Perfect location close to the beach, Johns Pass, bars and restaurants. Owners were very helpful and great to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and the condo suited our needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you for the bottle of sparkly!

  My family of 4 stayed here for 4 days in June. The condo is in perfect condition. The owners had everything we could want in the condo to make our stay incredible. It is short walk across the street to the beach. I've stayed in ocean front condos that took longer to get to the beach! I actually needed a doctor while in Madeira Beach and the owner helped find one for me. Now that is service! When we visit this part of the country again, we will definitely stay here!

  Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! the owners had a bottle of champagne waiting for us and the place was immaculate. there were beach towels and chairs for the beach which was conviently located right across the street! john's Pass was just a short walk away. We highly recommend this lovely home for anyone looking for a stress-free getaway! Our thanks to our very considerate owners!
