A slice of heaven awaits you!! Our house is right in front of
' Mondo's Cove' on Faria Beach, probably the best beginner/long boarder surf spot on the Central Coast! Whether you are a surfer, stand-up paddle boarder ,kayaker, body/boogie border or just an observer this a great location to enjoy the beach!
We have an asortment of surfboards/wetsuits, kayaks (two dbl/one single), two old beach cruiser bikes and various beach toys for your use. We have a small mobile outside fire pit, gas grill, 2-4 person hot tub, large lounge,deck and beach chairs, deck and beach umbrellas and a large 8 person outside patio table.
In the main living room of our cottage itself there is an over sized incredibly comfortable all down cushioned custom wrap around sofa. coffee/chess table, leather chair with ottoman and a wood fireplace.. There is also a large flat screen HI-DEF TV/DVD stereo system/CD player with both indoor and outdoor speakers. There is wireless internet and over 100 channel cable TV/music selection. There is an eight person dining table with a small, but well equipped kitchen with all of the amenities. There are two sleeping areas, one is a standard sized bedroom with a California King Bed, the other is an everything room with 3 double fold out walled Murphy beds and a queen size fold out sofa bed. All of the beds (except the the sofa bed) have luxurious 'form to your body' foam mattress coverings. This room also has a TV/DVD and card table with chairs. There are two full baths, one with a tub/shower combo, the other with shower only. We also have a hot/cold outdoor shower with best shower view of the house!
Our place is very user friendly and its location is an ideal get away for either a brief weekend release or a longer week or more holiday!! We live only a few miles away so if any problems or questions arise we can and will respond quickly. Come and enjoy all that our little cottage has to offer, it is a different and wonderful world being right on the Beach! Take in long beach walks and gorgeous sunsets. The night skies are often full of stars, the moon's and beach colonies reflections shimmer off the ocean's waves as if you were on your own ocean cruise ship!! RIGHT beside the waves, this house was just perfect for our family. We rented this house and the one beside it..the decks adjoin...worked out super for our family of 15. An added bonus was the large supply of wet suits, boogie boards, surf boards, etc..that came with the house. Plus a hot tub...we highly recommend this house.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

What a wonderful place. Was perfect for our family reunion and those with older children. Between the beautiful sunrises and glorious sunsets, we explored tide pools, saw dolphins and whales, boogie boarded and just enjoyed being with family. Thank you so much for opening your beach house to us. Highly recommend! As soon as we stepped through the front door, I knew I'd found the perfect escape. The ocean was literally right on the other side of the full length windows lining the oceanfront view of the cottage. If I could buy this house, I would. From breakfasts on the large deck to afternoons reading while watching the surfers to evenings in the jacuzzi, it was like a different world from our hectic real life. The owner was very accommodating and made us feel so welcome. I hope to come back every year! "Slice of Paradise" is truly an accurate description!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.
