I recently visited this home with some friends and would love to return with my family. I don't know when the house was built but it certainly felt like it was brand new. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Location was excellent, you are in the mountains and yet minutes from all the things that downtown Breckenridge has to offer, not to mention world class skiing. The house was very spacious and perfect for families. My group enjoyed a great day of skiing followed by dinner in the well appointed kitchen and a glass of wine in the hot tub. The night usually finished with a movie on the big screen TV. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return soon.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

We actually felt on top of the world--the views were gorgeous from every window in this home. Three generations vacationed here and there was something for everyone. We all enjoyed the hot tub, stone wall fireplace and decks. This home even had a second family room with state-of-the-art electronics where the men watched some sports, the kids their video games and the girls--movies. Everything was brand new--from the linens and bedding to the furniture and fully equipped kitchen. We can't wait to get everyone together again this summer at this pristine home that was full of amenities. I would recommend this home anyone. We give it a "10".Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family of six (four kids ages 7,11,13,15) stayed at this house for a week in January. It was much bigger than I expected, and the pictures don't really do it justice. All of the furnishings are luxurious and beautiful, the carpet and paint was new, and the owners thought of everything. The kids loved the foosball table and the hot tub, and the fact that there was a separate family room upstairs gave them their own space to hang out. We all loved the heated floors and the whirlpool bathtub in the master bath. While we were there, it snowed twice and the driveway was cleared before we woke up. The views from the many windows were beautiful. The slopes at Breck were easily accessible as was the town. While there are many choices of great restaurants in town, we stayed in most nights and cooked. The kitchen is completely outfitted for cooking anything and there were enough dishes for an army. We could have easily brought another family and there would have been enough space for everyone. I would recommend this for groups of adults or families. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We were in Breckenridge over the holidays and it was phenomenal! The house is beautifully decorated and has something for everyone - a large media room for entertainment, a rousing foosball game, watching the sunset over the mountains from the deck, a quiet place to read by the fireplace, or watching the stars while relaxing outside in the hot tub. The house was perfect for our family of 11. Plenty of room for the kids and the adults to have their own space(s) when needed. The living room has great views of the Breckenridge ski area that is a short distance from the house - a scenic drive down the mountain. From the house we enjoyed several great hiking trails that explore Baldy Mtn and some of the historic mines in the area. Hike, snowshoe, or cross country ski - we saw it all when we were out on the trails. We can't wait to plan our next trip!Recommended for: Families with young children.

This house was spacious! We also loved the proximity to the shuttle into town. The kitchen amenities were useful and helped us enjoy dinners instead of at a restaurant which can be difficult with kids. The balcony views were amazing!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious with soaring ceiling in the living room overlooking the mountain. The view from the house is fabulous. We could sit in the living room and look across at the ski slopes. It has all of the luxuries of a ski resort home and then some. One of my favorite features is the heated floors! They felt wonderful after a day of hiking in the snow, as did the jacuzzi. The house has plenty of room. We had a group of 13 and felt very comfortable. Upstairs is an awesome extra large game/TV room. The home has a wonderful large dining table where we could all sit for meals. The property is very conveniently located to the ski slopes, shopping, restaurants and hiking. My husband and kids skied and snow boarded while I hiked, incredibly beautiful property. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and are looking forward to returning.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Woodmoor:
We have loved Breckenridge summers and winters for years and are so excited to share our dream vacation home. It's a great place to relax and unwind with family and friends, hit the slopes or trails, explore Main Street, and visit the many great restaurants. There is something for everyone!
!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love our quiet neighborhood in the tree tops and that is just a few minutes from all the activity of Main Street. Our favorites are hiking the trails near our home and throughout Summit County, white water rafting, canoeing on Lake Dillon and of course, skiing and snowboarding! There is nothing better than a day on the slopes and coming home to the hot tub looking out over the mountains. Check out the Sally Barber trail just down the road---it's a fabulous hike out to an old mine with endless views!
