This is a beautiful two bedroom, one and a half bath condo. Both baths and kitchen tile was recently updated. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other bedroom has two twin size beds, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Only 1.8 miles from the ocean, quiet location in Surfside Beach. North of the condo, only 10 minutes from the airport, south of the condo, 5 minutes from the internationally known BrookGreen Gardens, with many other attractions in-between. Also near Hobcaw Barony Plantation, many famous golf courses, seasonal water parks, marinas offering sport fishing and sight seeing, nightly entertainment, shopping, restaurants, other nearby Myrtle Beach amusements, museum and attractions.
This adorable ground-floor unit is a 'park-at-your-door' condo, which offers all the comforts of home! About: My husband and I have been retired 3 years and live in NJ near our two sons and their families. We travel down 2 times a year and love everything about this area. It's a 10 hour drive, door to door.
Why Deerfield Plantation:
We came down and stayed in a friend's condo and fell in love. Bought our condo while we were there.

The pool, hot tub and charcoal grill are steps away from our screened in porch
Have made friends over the years with our neighbors and the wonderful people at the Murrell's Inlet American Legion.
Shopping is a breeze, so many stores close by. Walmart is our first stop for groceries. Coupon books available in most stores/restaurants, mini golf, 3 par and regular courses nearby. Surfside and Garden City Beach 1.8 miles away and Myrtle Beach State Park a little farther. We like to wander the indoor and outdoor weekend flea markets. Our favorite places are the many consignment shops between Myrtle Beach and Litchfield. Enjoyed going to Charleston, seeing the big ship and taking a carriage ride tour. Haven't been to Little River, but know there is a casino ship.
