Our meticulous and peaceful condo has a wonderful view of the Golf Course and Pond. It is tastefully furnished and newly decorated in light Florida colors. It has a stocked kitchen with a breakfast room, dining area, great room, screened lanai, laundry room with washer & dryer, etc.
We are located in the Award Winning gated community of Pelican Landing. It has over 2300 acres, a private 36 hole golf course, 34 acrea private island beach, tennis club, sailing club, fitness center, canoe/kayak park, and more. We are a short 20 minute drive from Ft. Myers Intl Airport on the west side of Highway Rt 41. Downtown Naples is 30 minutes south. Upscale Coconut Point shooping area is nearby along with outlet malls, and many fine dining restaurants nearby.
Sawgrass Pointe is a tranquil community within Pelican Landing. We have a private heated pool and in ground hot but/spa, bathrooms, gas grills, and a outdoor covered bar/kitchen.
