  This apartment suited our needs perfectly. It was clean, quiet, secure, nicely appointed and slept 2, as advertised. The location was great, easy access to downtown and Fisherman's Wharf and Marin. The owner helped us a lot regarding nearby access to shopping, restaurants (Eliza's) and groceries. The garden in the back was really quite pleasant, although the weather was not warm enough for us to use it. For those who have a dog, there is a little park right across the street where he/she can be walked. The photos represent the property accurately New pillows would be good. The parking overnight is a challenge, and we often had to park 3 blocks away from the property, although the neighborhood was secure enough that we were not concerned. We would definitely consider returning, if our needs if the area do not change.

  We stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon in April of this year. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. It was everything we could have wished for. The location was perfect for us. Pacific Heights is a quiet residential area with easy access to public transport and downtown SF. We used the buses most days but you could easily walk to downtown in 45 mins if you were feeling active. There is a fabulous selection of nice restaurants, bars and cafes within 20 minutes walking distance. The apartment itself is very comfortable and is well equipped. We enjoyed the modern kitchen which came with all the equipment and appliances we needed to cook up the perfect breakfast or a romantic meal for 2. We also found the wi-fi and cable TV very useful. Cecilia was very helpful. She pointed us in the direction of the local grocery stores and takeaways upon our arrival. Highly, highly recommended. Damien & Maryanne

  My husband and I stayed here for a week. The apartment is perfect and just like in the photos. It has everything you need and the kitchen is very well equiped. It's in a great neighbourhood with shops, restaurants and grocery stores close by. We really enjoyed staying outside of the downtown financial centre/downtown district. It felt much more homey and it was nice to leave the city behind at the end of the day, but just a close 10 minute bus ride away. We look forward to staying here again when we are back in SF.

  The place was amazing and gorgeous! Spacious and well kept. It had all the amenities we needed during our 5 night stay. We were even able to host a small get together with my friends in SF.   The apartment and garden are lovely. The space is decorated nicely with comfortable furniture and bed. The apartment is located near great shops and restaurants. It is wonderful to stay in a neighborhood that is full of San Francisco residents, and not crowded with tourists. The space is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in the Pacific Heights garden apartment.

  My daughter lives in Los Angeles and we love coming to San Francisco when we get together. Every time is more enjoyable than the last. Even though it rained for two of the five days, we still enjoyed our time! Cecelia was a great host, very helpful, especially when we couldn't get the DVD player to work. The apartment was so comfortable it made our stay that much more relaxing. The pictures that she has listed on the website were exactly how the place looked (beautiful and well kept) and it was equipped with everything that you needed for your stay. We enjoyed the neighorhood and how easy it was to get around by foot and mass transit. It would be easy to recommend this place to anyone!! We will definitely be back to SF and would love to stay again!

  This location was ideal for walking and catching the bus. The apartment is cozy and private. Wonderful place to come back to after a full day of sightseeing.

  I stayed here in August. I live in San Francisco but due to unexpected repairs on my home I had to quickly find a place to stay. My week in the apartment was quite pleasant. The kitchen has everything you need; a microwave/convection oven, nice pots and pans even a gas cooktop! The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a great radiant heater and a luxury shower. There is even a view from the living area of a lovely garden. The location is good; Starbucks a couple blocks away, the 1 California bus gets you downtown in 15 minutes and trendy Fillmore Street is a quick walk. I was very impressed by the homey atmosphere, the comfort and quality of the accommodation. Next time I have friends or family in town I will definitely try to rent this apartment for them!
