On third level are two bedrooms with queens, one bedroom with two twins, and a large loft with a queen sofa bed, and 2 full baths. On the bottom level are a den with microwave, a full bath and separate bedroom with 2 bunk beds with doubles on the bottom and a TV with a VCR is also on this level.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Weekly Rate, summer,$4800/week plus occupancy taxes of 12.75%.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required. 1/2 of rent due at booking to
confirm reservation. The remaining 1/2 rent and security deposit is due
30 days before start of rental.
Credit will be given for days missed should there be a MANDATORY order to
evacuate the island due to hurricane, etc.
