Our beautifully appointed, NON-SMOKING Crescent Arms Condo, unit #704N is a full Gulf-front condo located on Crescent Beach, known as the World's Best Sand Beach. The Quartz sand is so white and sugar fine it is cool enough to walk on even in the Summer. Beach chairs are provided by the condo association and beach umbrellas are located in the condo so grab your suit and head to Siesta key.
The master bedroom is complete with king-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be used separately or pushed together for another couple. The leather queen sofabed in the living area provides additional sleeping.
Cooking dinner or making sandwiches in the fully-equipped kitchen is a real treat. The white cabinetry with Corian counter tops provide a light spacious work area. After making that special dish you can either dine at the table for six or enjoy the view from the all glass alcove at the round glass top table. This area is great for dining, game playing or just relaxing as the gulf breeze and sounds entertain you. The open floor plan is very spacious and up to date. Ceramic tile covers all the floors. Area rugs are placed to provide color and plushness. The entire condo was recently refurbished.
If this your first trip to Siesta Key, be assured it won't be your last. The lure of the Island along with great beaches, restaurants, shopping and just relaxing is second to none. We welcome you to make our condo your home away from home.
