Enjoy this lovely, spacious, bright 2,600 sq. feet home with a pool and a brick BBQ in a small gated community on a hill with views of the mountains and the ocean. Tastefully furnished, 4 bedrooms, 2 masters, 1 with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed and a single, both with walk-in closets. All the amenities. Comfortable and breezy back porch with tables and chairs and3 lounge chairs to relax and renew your spirits or just jump in the pool. House is close to everything, shopping centers, supermarkets, 10 movie theaters, bars, casinos, close to the main road and 10 minutes away from the calm and lovely Seven seas beach, the Las cabezas the San Juan nature reserve park, bioluminiscent bay , 5 marinas, 15 minutes to El Yunque Rain Forrest and 10 to Luquillo beach.. Golf courses, Outlet malls, Horse racetracks. The SJU airport is 35 miles away. Ferry svc. to Culebra and Vieques islands or to the Fajardo cays. You can take kayak, scuba, snorkeling or deep sea fishing tours.

We came from NY state . Loved the house. Spacious, comfortable, lots of light, big kitchen! we really enjoyed the pool and the BBQ and just relaxing there it was fun. We were close to everything. walked to WalMart and the supermarket. Walgreens is next door. The house has all the ammenities and is very clean, they even let you borrow a cooler to take to the beach. We will dedinetively come back next year.

We have been traveling to Puerto Rico once a year for the past 5 years. In our previous visits we found accommodations to be either totally geared toward a tourist feel or a local feel. To our surprise and delight this home had a perfect combination of both! At times it felt as if we were in a resort and other times like we were totally immersed in the local culture. This was a large family vacation and the house lodged us (5 adults and 4 children) comfortably. The layout of the house was nice and with the indoor and outdoor living space it was easy to forget that 9 people were staying there. The homeowners were creative in providing instructions in both English and Spanish for the different appliances in the house. With the different age groups (seniors, young adults, children, toddlers); I was especially pleased with the versatility of both the house and the area. Great attractions, beaches, restaurants and shopping were all within a short driving distance from the house. The 360 degree views were amazing atop of the hill in the community! The community felt very safe because it was gated and very well lit and the residents were also very welcoming and helpful. The homeowner was very accesible by telephone during our stay and very knowledgable with the area and provided wonderful hidden trips and directions to local destinations. The heading for this rental was “Spacious and colorful, quiet home in the middle of it all in Fajardo” and that’s exactly what this home was and more!

Very nice spacious home.Good area and close to shopping, restaurants, and near by attractions. I would rent this home again.

we stayed for 5 days and had a fun time. Lot's of space, great pool and terrace. The house is close to stores and restaurants and the movie theaters. Easy to drive to the beach. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean and the beds and pillows comfortable. All the amenities. We really liked it.
