We are happy to offer a brand new, luxury condo facing a waterfall and located in walking distance from the “Players Club and Spa” where you can enjoy swimming pools, restaurants, gym, spa, and tennis courts. Membership requires $265 transfer fee. Condo is a brand new, 3-bedroom, 2-1/2-bathroom unit with a brand new furniture and air conditioner. Kitchen has granite countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and is fully equipped to provide full meals for the whole family.
Master bedroom suite has a king size bedroom set, and a master bathroom with two sinks, granite countertops, a shower cabin, and a roman bath. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. Den is adjacent to the powder room and has a desk, a full size sleeping sofa and a closet. Kitchen has a breakfast table for 6 persons located near the French window facing great waterfalls. Living and formal dining areas include a wet bar, a leather couch set and a flat screen TV. Cable TV and WI-FI Internet access are provided with your rental.
Awesome Naples and Marco Island white-sand beaches are within 15 min driving distance with readily available parking. Naples downtown will offer you a variety of restaurants and designer stores.
A $1,500 deposit is refundable less cleaning fee which is usually $150 to $175. This will be professionally handled by our Home Manager in Naples.
Golf and tennis information:
i) Golf.
Lely Resort Golf & Country Club is home to 36 holes of spectacular golf with two distinct open-to-the-public Championship Courses. Flamingo Island, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., features signature hole #5, surrounded by water. The Mustang course by Lee Trevino features 12 lakes, but creates fair play even for a beginner golfer. ii) Tennis.

About the owner: We live in the Black Hills of South Dakota but originally we are from the Ukraine. Both of us grew up near the Black Sea. That is why we decided to buy our second home in the Naples area to enjoy beautiful sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in the South West Florida. We purchased a condominium, which we are going to use several months a year. We are happy to share our home for the rest of the year with guests from around the world.
