This was the perfect place for our young family. The pool area was terrific, the view amazing and we were so close to everything - yet enjoyed the quiet and peace of our private setting. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and more! And my husband and I wanted to bring the bed home with us it was so unbelievably comfortable. Check in was a breeze with the owner's and everything was in perfect working order. Very clean and well maintained! The owner was available and quick to answer any questions we had. The best part of the trip was sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the mornings! The kids could not get enough of this. I would highly recommend this property to all!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Can not wait to book this condo for next year! The view from the balcony is incredible! This 2nd floor unit over looked the pool and the bay.We watched dolphins from our balcony every day. and enjoyed the moon over looking the water at night. Incredible views! The condo is very very clean and updated in every way.From the new tile floors throughout ,to the beautiful remodled tile bathrooms and new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops.The kitchen amenities leave nothing out. I have never seen a better equipped kitchen vacation rental. The condo was beautifully decorated from the living area to both bedrooms and both bathrooms.This condo was certainly everything it stated and more. The entire area surroundingis are very nice and safe . Plenty of places to eat near by and the the beach is a very short drive .Thank you for sharing your home a way from home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a great place to enjoy Florida. Great views of Ciega Bay from the balcony. The unit is clean, comfortable and relaxing. Gulf Blvd less than a mile away offers many restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach. Bay Breeze is a welcome getaway.Recommended for: Age 55+.

I absolutely loved my vacation time at this condo! Very clean, easily accessible and great views. Within minutes of the beach and the adorable little town of Pass a Grille. Mornings were spent at the beach then afternoons at the private pool. Very quiet community to sit and read on the balcony at night overlooking the bay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great escape to an area with a lot of amenities but one that has kept its small town charm and local flavor. Great restaurants and shopping very nearby and all the sun you can stand. Can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Great location, Very Roomy & Comfortable, Super Clean & Nicely furnished. The view from the balcony is great and the pool was fabulous. Quiet property with no crazies running around-Can't wait to go Again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: After 34 years of family vacation memories in the area, including our daughter's wedding on St. Pete Beach, we've all grown to love the area and decided to choose this location for our vacation home. If we had to name a few, we'd definitely include: it's an end/corner unit on the 2nd story (1 neighbor), the location in the complex is quiet (minimal traffic), parking-access to the pool- proximity to trash chute are w/in steps of the front door, the unit is newly renovated/furnished/decorated, it is equipped with everything you need ... and more, our movies & iPod dock are available for renter's use, there's a desk for those renters who insist on working while on vacation, there's lots of storage - including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a storage locker on the balcony.
