The building across the street is finished. landscaped,is very attractive and we still have an ocean view.The road to get to the beach is an easy walk.Our river view is lovely.Watch the sun set in the evening and the boats sail by at almost any hour.We provide 3 tvs,sterio,vcr and dvd player.We also have high speed internet-just bring your lap top and connections.We are extremly affordable for all that we provide.Stay once and you will want to return
Our Ocean Terrace Club condo is located in Daytona Beach Shores.The building is a 7 floor building on the west side of A1A. It is about 6 blocks south of Dunlawton. We are on the 3rd floor of a secure building. You see the Ocean from the balcony. The beach access is just steps away. We also have a lovely river view-sunset view. Please inquire about our Hawaiian Inn updated studio-Located on the beach.This 2nd floor condo has a balcony that overlooks a large pool and pool deck and the ocean.The unit sleeps 4 in comfort
Our condo is well equipped. The unit sleeps six in comfort. We keep it updated and provide a true home away from home. We take pride in offering you honest information, a clean, comfortable and cute condo decorated with parrots,pelicans,palm trees and pineapples(the welcome symbol) and a great location to enjoy the beach, golf, boating, swimming or just laying on the beach. Our balcony is still a great place to have your morning coffee, read a book, watch the space launch or the stars and the moonlit sky.
We are about 60 minutes from Orlando and less to The space Center or historic St. Augustine. For Nascar fans the track and attractions are 20 minutes away. We are Lynn & Jerry Weidner from the Chicago area.We have always loved to travel-but we always looked for the affordable-We are parents of two,grandparents of four.We bought our first condo for our retirement-that was 8 years ago-we made it-we retired last year-I was a travel agent- so I wanted our place very comfortable-we bought this condo in 2005.We have several vacation rentals in The Daytona area-this is where we stay when we are in Florida.We love it-we are seniors so we know the value of the wonderful location-it is easy to get to almost anything you would need.

In the morning-we rise with the sun-we enjoy the morning on our private balcony-it is very peaceful.After a walk on the beach or maybe a round of gulf the large pool and deck is a great place to get the afternoon sun.At sunset we take our chairs to the common walk balcony,have aglass of wine or a cocktail,read a book,visit with friends and watch the sunset over the river.

What a wonderful place to stay on the beach! It has everything one needs for a great vacation! The condo was beautiful and home away from home. The location was fantastic and the view was wonderful. Loved the tennis courts and pool and the beach being just across the street. It was nice and quite and not too far from Ponce Inlett. Will visti again!!!!! Thanks for a wonderful place to enjoy a fantacy vacation!

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo - far enough from the madness to enjoy the peace, close enough to get involved if you want to. Could not beat the deal for the price, everything you need to make this place your home. Only drawback is that the w/d is not in the home. No biggie, too much to do to worry about the small stuff. My family and I really enjoyed our stay in our condo. They were very clean and nicely decorated. The views were spectacular. We are planning on going back again next year and staying in these same condo's. We hope to make a yearly place for our vacation and to alway's stay in this condo. Thank You Gina

This was a lack of communication.Somehow I negleted to tell Audrey about the construction in the area.I phone each guest while they are staying with us to see how things are.She was upset by the construction so I offered her our condo in quiet Ormond By The Sea.She went there with her family but they decided it was too quiet at that location.I do not offer a construction sale.Our rates are always affordable and we cannot control what work they are doing outside as it changes hourly.Audrey also left some personel belongings that I had mailed and returned to her at my cost.It hasn't arrived yet.They were mailed two weeks ago along with her security deposit.My adverstising suggests phone reservations.This rental was not done in that manor.It will not happen again.We have been in buisness for five years.When the hurricanes hit two years ago we were completely honest about the damage to the beach and the area.We also give a refund if your stay is affected.But constructuon can be a good thing for the area and most people understand this and don't complain.I alswys tell people on the phone that there is construction going on in the area,but due to this being a Uk rental I did not phone her.My mistake and I did try to make up for that.They are almost finished with the building across the street.WE will have photos in November to show the lovely building,our partial ocean view and our new furniture.

What a great home away from home! This is such a nice cozy condo and at a great price too. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! Awesome location. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and therefore make our vacation much more affordable for our family of five. The condo offers plenty of room to spread out. The website pictures do not do it justice - it is even better in person! The pool area is really nice. The beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and sand buckets in the closet were so handy to take over to the beach. There is a laundry room just down the hallway which was great too! There was even internet access so we could e-mail our vacation pictures to everyone back home!! I really can't say enough about this place! It just felt like HOME! Lynn & Jerry are WONDERFUL people to deal with, very friendly. They made the entire rental process easy and hassle-free. We will DEFINITELY keep their name and number in order to rent from them again in the future.
