  We just returned from a one week stay in Treasure Island. The property was immaculate and ready for us when we arrived. Everything was exactly as advertised. Even the weather cooperated. We were greeted at the property upon arrival, which was a nice personal touch. I would highly reccomend this unit to anyone.

  My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon from this property. We met the owner when we arrived which was a personal touch. The view was breathtaking. The property was exactly the way the pictures described. The beach was so close much closer than other hotels up the street. The furnishings in the room was wonderful. The only problem we had was the property washer & dryer (not in the room) was slow since only one dryer worked.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  We stayed here for a week and just loved it! Everything is exactly as it says in the ad. Great place - very clean, nice balcony, amazing beach. A great plus - very quiet! You can just enjoy the sand, sun and water. We liked it much more than Clearwater, where is too crowded. Owners are great and very helpful! Definitely recommend this place!

  I was in a bind for a rental in the St. Pete area. Nathaniel and Debra were more than accomodating for a quick turn around to get me in immediately for a stay at Island Inn. The room was VERY NICE, the views were great front and back. Debra was waiting for my arrival to explain how everything worked at the resort. It had extras I wasn't expecting, but very pleased to see...Beach towels, pool toys, hairdryer, iron, insulated coffee/drink mugs, PLUSH bath towels and sheets and balcony chairs. The view is incredible and we saw dolphins daily. Their is also a washer/dryer on site - just have quarters available. The only thing I recommend for this room is a new mattress for king bed. I hope to be back this year and/or next!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  My wife and I visited this absolutely beautiful location from May 3 - 10, 2012. We could not have been more pleased. The accomidations were simple but included everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. We enjoyed serene, golden sunsets at dusk and gentle waves all evening from our balcony which was very close to the soft, white sand. The Island Inn was closer to the water than many other (more expensive) resorts and much more private than any others we visited. We literally felt as though the beach was ours! We were within walking distance on the beach to excellent resturants. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful place and have already sent one friend to our friend, Diana with Dream, LLC. I will absolutely be back over and over again. Thanks for the most wonderful time I have ever had at the beach. It was the perfect romantic getaway!

  We stayed in this very clean and comfortable 4th floor unit March 15-23. It was the perfect size for two, although it could sleep four people with the pull-out sofa. The King size bed was comfy and the view was gorgeous! We watched the sunset from the balcony every evening. This was our first visit to Treasure Island and we loved the location which was in a quieter area of the beach. However, it is within walking distance to the “action” if you want it. We walked to local restaurants (enjoyed eating on the outside deck at Sloppy Joe’s) and the Publix grocery store is just a few blocks away. Although there is ample additional parking across the street, we were able to park under the building most of the time. The elevator was nice for hauling in our bags and groceries. The hotel staff was always helpful. There is a pool and tiki bar available but we spent all out time on the BEAUTIFUL beach. We would definitely return to this unit. Diana was very helpful in making the arrangements for us.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
