Captain John Fripp Villa 101 is oceanfront and located in the most desirable part of the island. Just step out your door onto the beach.
This spacious, no smoking, one bedroom villa is located on the first-floor, and offers incredible ocean views through many large windows.The covered patio allows you to enjoy the ocean while being sheltered from the sun. There is a wonderful grassy area off the patio, perfect for outdoor play and games.
Our immaculate villa features a large living room and dining area with spectacular ocean views. This villa is in EXCELLENT condition. It was just renovated with 2 Flat Panel TV's, new sleeper sofa and love seat, high-end bed linens, designer towels and is truly beautiful. The villa is cleaned before arrival and linens are provided. No smoking and no pets. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. The spacious bedroom has a king-sized bed and large walk-in closet.
Amenity cards may be purchased prior to arrival, which allow access to all Fripp Club activities and amenities. Amenity cards are necessary to gain access to all Fripp Island restaurants, pools, fitness center, tennis and golf courses(2).
Fripp Island is a prisitine private gated island. You can even rent and drive island golf carts on our streets. Three and one half miles long, the entire island is a wildlife sanctuary and has an abundance of birds, deer, dolphin, sea turtles, and much more.
Our Captain John Fripp Villa 101 is located oceanfront, in the middle of the island, at the Beach Club area. The Beach Club area is within walking distance to restaurants, pools, fitness center and tennis.
Our family has vacationed and lived on Fripp for more than 30 years. We have fallen in love with Fripp Island, and we know you will too.

Our oceanfront villa is even better than it was when you stayed with us or looked at our website last year! Our villa has all new floor coverings and many upgrades throughout! Views of the ocean from the living room and dining room are spectacular! Please note that amenities ARE included and that you can step right out onto the beach from our villa! We have dry, sandy beach 24 hours a day because we are located on the best part of the beach! Most importantly, we are offering our beautiful villa at last year's rates, with NO increase!
