This condo is located across the street from the Ritz Carlton Hotel in one of the high-rise buildings on the Bay/Marina and has the largest,open pie-shaped floor plan at Regatta-the same layout as the penthouses up above.
The condo now has a master suite with walk in closets and a large,new flat screen TV, a queen suite with a large,new flat screen TV, a guest suite with walk-in closets,twin beds and a new large flat screen TV with 3D, and is fully-equipped. WiFi Internet service is provided. We offer a value package-rent our unit for a week or more, and enjoy the use of our pool-side cabana located by the main pool and commons area at no extra charge! The kitchen now has new granite throughout and all new stainless steel applainces. The screened Lanai has brand new furniture-an outdoor style living room. All new lighting fixtures throughout,complete interior decoration throughout the Condo.
The air conditioned pool cabana has new granite countertops and has been professionaly decorated-it contains a bathroom/shower, futon couch/bed, and efficiency kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. Great convenience for families, spend the day by the pool without having to retreat to the condo for anything. Get the best of both worlds-a large floor plan in a unit on the water, and a pool cabana should you decide to spend the day by the pool! There is also a private pool overlooking the bay in our building for your use in a more private setting.
We also offer a 30'x 14' beam boat slip located at the onsite marina for long term rentals at a package price.
The commons area at Regatta offers a gorgeous lagoon-style pool with waterfall, sitting pool, barbecue area, full clubhouse, fitness center, and hot tub.
Walk to the pristine white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico, listed as one of the top ten beaches in the country, in just five mintues(1 1/2 blocks from the front gate of Regatta)!For golf enthusiasts,Naples is considered one of the premier golfing spots in the country,with over 100 championship courses. The Pavillion Shopping Center, movie theater, and restaurants are just down the block from Regatta.
Old Naples is only a five minute car drive away, featuring Downtown and Fifth Avenue. Marco Isle, Bonita, Sanibel Isle, and Captiva are also a short drive from Naples. We offer June thru September summertime super value specials (see rate information below).
