There is a washer and dryer and off-street assigned parking. It accommodates up to four adults and two children. The Condominium is available for nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals. The Daily rates are based on occupancy by 1 or 2 people($5 extra per night for each additional person)Minimum two night stay. Your bed and bath linens are provided at no additional cost.
The condo is located within the block to Mercer's Pier, and the beach. It is also ten minutes to downtown Wilmington for dining, shopping, and historic sightseeing.
