  We were able to spend two complete weeks in this condo overlooking the beach and we enjoyed every day! The views are fantastic. Most mornings we could drink our coffee and watch the dolphins play out by the pier. The condo is beautifully decorated and equipped for all your needs. The State park is close by as well as many restaurants, or if you prefer eating in there are also markets within a few blocks of the condo. Kathy is wonderful to work with, very prompt, efficient and helpful. We would recommend staying here to friends and family and hope to get back again in the future.

  First of all, I have to tell you how great the owner is. Her communication & information on the area for first timers was so helpful! She went above & beyond anywhere else we have every stayed. Now about the condo...I searched for the perfect condo for our first getaway to the beach & I found it!!! My first requirement is clean, then I want a comfortable bed, next a gorgeous view & equipped kitchen so we can stay in if we prefer. This unit was so clean I could walk on the floor without shoes on. The bed was soooo comfortable, I slept as good or better than I do at home. The view was spectacular in every direction & the kitchen had everything we needed. Kathy told me about the fresh seafood markets in the area, some even prepare the fish/shrimp for you. We brought seafood in & added a salad & baked potato so we could enjoy the view while dining on the balcony. As we drove around the area, I could appreciate the low density complex Emerald Skye is. Parking was never an issue & we didn't have to wait for the elevator due to crowds. I will definitely recommend Kathy & this unit to our friends & family, & most of all, when we return, my first call will be to Kathy!!!

  My husband and I stayed here in mid-October. We are both in our 60's and do not need a large unit, but we did want a quiet condo, preferably a top-floor corner unit right on the beach. This condo exceeded all of our expectations, based on the listing's description and photos. It was clean and well-maintained, with a fully-equipped kitchen. The location is ideal - even closer to the shoreline than the larger resort complex (Four Seasons) to the east. From our outside patio and from our indoor kitchen table, we had expansive views both south and east along the beach. Rather than being boxed in by other taller buildings, the Emerald Skye condos have the extra benefit of having undeveloped Alabama State Park land to the west, which adds to the view and open-air feeling,. From start to finish, the owner of this condo, Kathy Robinson, has been extraordinarily efficient, reliable, and helpful. We would definitely recommend this condo to others, and in fact we hope to return there ourselves in the near future.

  Kathy & Keith: We had such a great time staying at your condo! The past several months were very stressful for us and your condo was the perfect get-a-way that we needed! The view was so awesome! If we weren't on the beach we were enjoying the view from the condo balcony. And yes we did take time away from the beach to enjoy the pool too! It was very nice to stay in a smaller quieter condo unit. We cannot wait to come back for another stay in your condo! Kathy you were so awesome to work with and we cannot thank you enough!   My friend and I spent 4 days here with our youngest boys while two of our other sons were at space camp in Huntsville. The condo is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay memorable and fun. The dolphins that were jumping and playing every day in out in the gulf were an added bonus. If we get down that way again next year I know where I'll be staying!

  My husband and I enjoyed our get away with our 2 children at this adorable condo. The view was beautiful and the condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kids loved the pool and the beach gear that Kathy had on hand too. We really enjoyed listening to the ocean at night, watching the sunrise in the morning, and the beautiful water and waves on the beach. Kathy is a great host, knowledgeable of the area and its resources, and made the whole rental process a breeze! We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

  My wife and I just spent a great long-weekend at Kathy's condo for our 5th wedding anniversary. We had a great visit. The pictures do not do the condo justice; it is even more updated in person. The location is perfect, and the views were as advertised. I especially enjoyed drinking my early morning coffee on the balcony while reading the news on our iPad connected to the condo wifi, listening to the waves crash the entire time. Kathy is an A+ renter. She was so cooperative and accommodating through the entire process. When a last second glitch threatened to derail our visit, she was even willing to work with us and help out on our reservation and dates (although it eventually worked out). We can't wait to plan a return visit with our two small children; the bunk beds will be perfect for them. Thanks again, Kathy. -Wade

  This property was a pleasant place to stay with a kitchen that was easy to work in and had a lot of unexpected (yet appreciated!) kitchen tools. The emphasis is on comfort in this condominium, which made it easy to relax, which was just what we wanted to do. Fall is an excellent time to visit the beach because it's less crowded and the weather was perfect the weekend we were there. The owner was more than helpful in making everything work for our stay and in answering any questions we had -- and anticipating questions we might have. The complex is a smaller one, which was nice and meant no crowds on the beach or in the parking lot! And, it's across the street from Cottons, which is one of our favorite places to eat in Orange Beach. I've already recommended the property to a few friends and will do so again.

  We enjoyed our stay in your condo. Really enjoyed sitting on balcony at night with the lighted pier next door. Condo was very nice and clean. Kathy was very helpful with answering questions and providing suggestions with places to eat. Hope to be able to rent this condo same time next year.

  My wife and I celebrated our 41st anniversary in ES 61 September 10 - 17. The condo was everything Kathy said it would be and more. We had a full moon on the night of our anniversary. The beach and weather were ideal.We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day. The condo is close to the water, so carrying them down is no problem. After walking the beach at daylight, we cooked breakfast and spent the rest of the day on the beach. The king size bed was as comfortable as any I have ever slept on. Kathy was very helpful with booking the condo and recommending good places to eat.We also enjoyed the Shrimp Basket and Mikees Seafood restaurants.Thanks, Kathy, for a great vacation. We hope we can do it every year.
