  My Husband and I rented this gorgeous, spacious, meticulous and tastefully decorated Condo. In my opinion Gerald and Sharon you purchased the best Condo in the complex! The view of the Marina from the balcony was always entertaining with something always going on to watch! The pool was so refreshing after swimming in the sea. The condo included everything that you would ever require during your stay. Although we never even turned on the stove....we did push down the toaster lever daily but that was the extent of my cooking! There are just way too many restruants to try and we are on vacation! Lol. Thank you once again Gerald and Sharon for renting your Condo to us. You are very fortunate toown such a gem! It was a very nice break from the All Inculsives in Tangolunda Bay.

  We stayed at the condo for nine days with our young daughter (21 months), and some friends. The condo is extremely spacious, had great views of the Marina and was very comfortable. It is minutes walk from Santa Cruz beach with a number of restaurants and a taxi into the local town Crucecita, (with plenty of other good places to eat), costs only 25 pesos, ($2). The beach and sea are both very clean and the sea gentle and safe for children to swim in. There are also other beaches, (Playa Entrega is recommended), within close distance where snorkelling is excellent. The pool was lovely and a good size too. We also took a day trip to Mazunte, (turtle sanctuary), and Ventanilla (crocodile lagoon), and a boat trip to some of the other bays - all highly recommended. Recommended restaurants: L'Echalote, Kristal Rose, Hemmingways (good food, better cocktails), La Terraza and Huatulco Cafe underneath the bandstand for a boozy coffee. We would definitely recommend a trip to Huatulco and to the condos at Real Marina Blue.

  I highly recommend this condo as it feels totally new, sparkling clean, and spacious. It is in a quiet location, yet not so far off from the beach nor central area where people gather. The attendants Marisol and Mary are exceptionally helpful and willing to go that extra mile to take care of you. Thank you to the owners, Sharon,for your helpful and kind information as well. our family (2 adults, 4 young kids) really enjoyed our time in this condo, esp. the pool overlooking the condo.

  This condo was in excellent condition, and had all the desirable amenities. The location was amazing, right off the marina and a very short walk from the beach. The owners were very easy to work with and helpful at answering all of our numerous questions. We traveled with our two kids and they had a blast at this condo, especially in the pool down below. There was also fun activities to take them on such as the waterfall tour and numerous snorkeling spots. The food in the area is also amazing! Thanks again to the owners for giving us a chance to enjoy their wonderful condo!

  My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Huatulco from March 13th to March 20th, 2012. This condo had everything we wanted: a central location to many great restaurants and shopping, a swimming pool, air conditioning, an excellent view of the harbour, and everything we needed to cook on the rare occasions that we didn't enjoy the local establishments. The condo was spacious and modern, and was even larger than we expected - we could have easily had two other couples stay with us comfortably in the space. The complex itself is gated and kept very clean, and there are very friendly and helpful staff in the front office attached to the building. The condo also had wifi and satellite television. We had a wonderful time staying here, as there was a lot to do in the immediate area of the complex, and inexpensive cabs were available less than a minute down the street to take us into the neighbouring town of La Crucecita. We found Huatulco to be very safe and clean, the people were very friendly and the food was fantastic everywhere we went. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

  We were a party of two couples and stayed at this condo for one week in February 2012. Huatulco, as you must know, is a beautiful spot. And, this condo, part of a small complex, is very centrally located -- right outside Santa Cruz marina. This location is perfect as some great restaurants, (La Terrezza) are within walking distance, as is Super Che (large grocery store with everything you need), the town of La Crucecita (great restaurants and shopping here), the marina (where we rented a boat & captain (Shuster) for a day of fantastic snorkeling) and Playa Santa Cruz. Other Playas are accessible by taxi (Playa Maguey and Playa Tongalunda) or by boat (Playa San Austin). And, keep in mind, if you don't like walking there's always a taxi outside the front gate and their rates are very reasonable The condo had everything that we needed especially the life-saving AC and the WiFi. We were very comfortable in the two bedrooms, enjoyed the spacious bathrooms and stocked kitchen. We had breakfast every morning at the condo and returned at days end for cocktails and snacks before heading out to dinner. The pool downstairs was very nice as well. But, one of the best features at this condo complex is the very nice couple in the office out front. The woman in charge, Marisol, couldn't have been nicer and was a great source for local tips and recommendations. We'd go back as I'm sure would you.
