  My family has stayed at two other condos in Redstone in past ski seasons. This one is just a little nicer in every way. The furnishings are nice and new, the bedding is quality, the TVs are new, the kitchen is well equipped and the owner went out of his way to be sure that we had everything we needed prior to and during our stay.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

  I spent a long weekend here with friends and couldn't have asked for more. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment in the immediate vicinity. Cabs were a quick phone call away if we chose to go into Park City for the night. The condo itself was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was obvious that making our stay comfortable was a priority for the owner. We were totally content spending downtime inside by the cozy fireplace or enjoying a meal together around the dinning room table. We look forward to returning!

  Staying at this condo made my vacation everything it should it be: easy, relaxing, and FUN! I was surprised by just how close we were to the grocery store, restaurants, movie theatre, ski rental, nail/massage spa, etc. Beyond the location being ideal, the condo owner thought of everything ahead of time! I appreciated the details like the iPod dock/speaker, wine glasses, and laundry soap for the washing machine when I quickly needed to clean a jacket! The condo is both stylish and comfortable. One day when it was really snowy we were perfectly content staying cozy on the couch in front of the fireplace and flat screen TV. Everything was taken care of... as it should be... when one is on vacation. Just what I needed!

  This is a great place to stay for a Park City ski trip. Short drive to Canyons, PCMR and Deer Valley, and easy access to Main Street in Park City. Great restaurants, bars and shopping a very short walk away in Redstone. This condo is clean and quiet and has a ton of space. Great amenities. You can't go wrong here. It's a great place!

  A friend had recommended this place for an upcoming girls weekend. We all did our research and decided to book at Redstone. The time of year (beginning of April) and the condo could not have been more spot on. We had great skiing weather and a fabulous condo to return to. Cabs were readily available to take us to and from Park City and the locals could not of been nicer. The condo was very warm and inviting - not to mention clean. We are already planning on when to return next year! So yes, I would definitely recommend this to others. Enjoy!!

  Place was fine. Could use a deep cleaning. Owner was very nice.

  Owner response: Property receives a deep cleaning (carpets professionally cleaned, windows washed inside and out, one full day of cleaning by two professionals, new linens and towels as needed) every spring and fall. This is to take place in late May of 2013.

  We stayed in this like new condo over Spring Break this year. It is exceptionally well decorated and well equiped. There were even good skillets and knives in the kitchen. Very roomy, comfortable and quiet. Good matress. This is a good location for all of the nearby ski resorts and downtown Park City. Also close to restaurants, coffee and Whole Foods. Yum!

  My wife, myself, and two friends thoroughly enjoyed this condo for a week while out in the Park City area skiing. The decor is beautiful and makes for a comfortable and cozy experience. It is very well maintained. The location is excellent and provides easy access to Deer Valley, Park City, and the Canyons ski areas and only 50 minutes from Alta. It is very convenient to many restaurants, grocery and regular shopping areas. The owner has done a wonderful job providing guidance to get the most memorable experience from the condo and the surrounding areas. We would highly recommend this condo year-round to anyone visiting.

  I just spent five days in Park City and this is the perfect place to stay. The pictures online do not do this condo justice. Everything is in great condition, the bed linens and towels are nice and new, and there is everything there to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I walked to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Maxwell's Pizza, and Kneader's Bakery. Everything is very close and easy. Kevin was very accommodating and answered all sorts of questions that I had about Park City, where to ski, where to eat, and what to do on my day off the mountain. Five stars!

  My wife, kids and I stayed here for two months, October through November 2012. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet it is a block away from several great local restaurants, bars and shops, a Whole Foods grocery store, movie theater and bowling alley. The condo itself is really nice, granite counter tops, two flat screens, iPhone/Pod docking stations, two car garage, etc. Kevin is very easy to work with and regularly checked in on us via email to make sure everything was going well. The only downside (and I don't consider this a downside but some people might) is that it is in Kimball Junction as opposed to right in the heart of Park City. Kimball Junction is about a 5 minute drive to Park City and Park City Mountain Resort, however, it is only a couple minutes from Canyons Ski Resort, so if you are skiing at the Canyons this is actually closer than being in Park City. I like being in Kimball Junction better than being in Park City, because it is a newer area and has nicer, more updated amenities, better freeway access and only a 5 minute drive into Park City. However, some people like the historic charm and character of actually being in Park City better. It's a great condo, we couldn't have asked for more!
