You have a beautiful condominium in an ideal location. The beach and pool just outside the door and walking distance to the quaint Venice main street lined with cafes and shops. Everything about it exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have found a better place for our family getaway and I certainly hope to return again. Thanks, Cheryl O. About the owner: This condo has been in our family for over 25 years. We are professionals living in the North East. We love to travel the world and consider this a little piece of paradise!

Venice is a fantastic town with many things to do. We love the water and being on the Gulf of Mexico and watching the amazing sunsets is perfect. Sarasota to the North and Naples to the South you have the best of the west coast of Florida near by.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Nothing is better than the beach... well ... the pool and the beach. When you walk out the door you have a pool directly behind the building with a gate that leads directly onto the beach. A short walk North and you are at the jetty which allows boats to access the Gulf through the intercostal. A short walk South and you reach the Famous Sharkeys Bar and Grill with its Fishing Pier. A short Drive South you have Caspersen Beach Famous for its shark teeth. If you like try your hand out in the waters in front of the building you can find sharks teeth there too!
