My family and I rented this house in August and it was absolutely stunning. The house has all of the bells and whistles and is a perfect distance to the beach (one block). The pool and hot tub were so nice to have and the owner was very easy to work with. My only minor complaint was that we had to go out and buy a pot for cooking because there were no pots big enough to cook enough food for the 10 of us that were staying in the house. Other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked and the set up of the house is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. We loved getting up every morning and walking to the boardwalk and stopping for fresh hot donuts at Brown's on the way! I am sad to say that I don't think we will be able to rent it again next year as the rent went up almost 40% from last summer! Overall I would definitely recommend it for families and would stay here again in a heart beat if I could!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
