  We spent 7 days exploring the island of Antigua and had a charming cottage to come home to each evening. Our hostess Jennifer was very helpful in passing along a few Island tips. The cottage is well stocked and comfortable. The outside living space is quite nice and a private pool is a plus. Wouldn't hesitate re-booking if we choose to return to Antigua. This cottage has excellent access to both Falmouth Harbor and English Harbor, negotiating the island roads is quite easy and being able to see the beautiful Yachts in harbor was why we booked. Thanks Jennifer!

  We had a charming vacation here- enjoyed the pool and garden and the house. Entertained island friends very comfortably here since so well equipped. Kitchen a little small but nice and airy!! Owner very delightful and helpful. Hope to return soon

  My husband and I just stayed at this lovely little cottage nr English Harbor in Falmouth....we thoroughly enjoyed it...it is well appointed, the pool and deck are lovely for sunning and reading. It has the feeling of being completely private with lovely views and even a washer outside in the back with a line for drying. The kitchen is small but adequate, the living room is well appointed with entertainment and large double doors that open to the deck and pool area. It is a short drive for groceries, liquor stores and sightseeing. The pictures on the site accurately depicted the charm of this little cottage. The owner was more than accommodating and very helpful. We absolutely loved it!

  We have rented this pleasant cottage several times, each more enjoyable than the last. We frequent Antigua on business and have stayed in many area hotels and villas, but this one is a "favorite" -- easy, comfortable and an excellent value. The photos are accurate but deck is a bit larger than it looks, as are bedrooms, Well designed for good air flow, with NO pokey little rooms, the cottage is clean,airy and light. It is well situated -- close to everything -- not hard to find nor negotiate. It also has plentiful kitchen & dining gear for lunch or dinner parties on the verandah. I have recommended the cottage to friends in Charleston -- a chef who loved the well appointed kitchen, gas stove and quiet neighborhood. My sister's family of four from Halifax NS appreciated the prime telly channels, pool and ample space on the deck. We have stayed in grander "digs" -- but this cottage one is warm, friendly and homey -- so now we keep coming back "home". Owner Jenny is congenial, very helpful & well-connected. There are lots of activities nearby, but I like the MUSEUM in Nelson's Dockyard which is housed in Adm. Lord Nelson's former quarters -- be sure to go upstairs and walk around the upstairs porch for great views of the Dockyard. Walk along to Fort Barclay, and go to Shirley Heights any day BUT Sunday for a real sense of history. The bar / restaurant on the HILL at THE INN at English Harbour is more formal than many places, but few are as attractive in true old island style. Perfect for a wedding rehearsal dinner (ours) or special celebration. TAPAS is tasty - but go early! ABRACADABRA always has good pasta, but a few little local spots are good for a ROTI -- GRACE BEFORE MEALS and FAMOUS MAURO's Pizza are both nearby and good for carry out. MAURO's has bakery just down the lane, and is GREAT. The little older man at the corner with vegetables is an avocado magician. They are perfectly ripe just when he says. Wonderful! We have stayed several times, so have gotten to know the owner who kindly let us borrow her darling dog LUCKY to stay with us! We loved him! As a gardener, I appreciate the many flowering shrubs -- so colorful and fragrant. The hummingbirds are amazing! The pool is so convenient and inviting -- it is often the first thing I do in the morning. Also, I love turning off the house lights and swimming at night looking up at the moon and stars. Can hardly wait to go back!
